I can confirm this is indeed true.

Have to admit, those 2 young lads singing 'Little Talks' on BGT was an inspired song choice.

 

Also changed my opinion on the fella who won the battle on The Voice after singing 'I Won't Let You Go'. Didn't like him at all in the blind auditions, but wow he really sold it on tonight's show.

I think that's right to do anyway. If you're performing someone else's version of a song you should specify that rather than saying the original, or else the changes made in that person's cover that you perform, people might wrongly think you came up with the ideas for those yourself.

Yup, I'm baffled as to why they didn't perform it on JR instead of Pompeii :huh:

Maybe Bastille are hoping it'll help sell their album more. At least that way if it fails, 'Pompeii' will have had a boost in sales instead.
