May 12, 201313 yr What are you smoking? Even if she's funding it herself, she'll like make a massive loss on this. I wasn't talking about financial success, just that if she got #45 with this then it's likely that her albums will continue to make at least some dent on the charts for the foreseeable future (assuming she continues to release).
May 12, 201313 yr Did Andre Rieu ever get a #1 album? Trying to work out the last Dutch album chart topper...
May 12, 201313 yr Did Andre Rieu ever get a #1 album? Trying to work out the last Dutch album chart topper... No. I think the last one prior to Caro was 2 Unlimited in 1994.
May 12, 201313 yr Author Rieu has however had two #2 albums! Similar to how David Guetta (and Jean Michel-Jarre) have 2 #2 albums apiece yet I believe there has never been a French #1 album. That will all change in a couple of weeks of course.
May 13, 201313 yr Author Completely useless trivia: in staying at #11 again Stereophonics' album has spent a full half of its chart life so far at #11. 3-6-8-11-11-22-16-11-11-11- Adele's '21' has hit a new all-time low of #60 (previous low was #55). Its top 75 run could end pretty soon I think. Edited May 13, 201313 yr by Bér

Their recent single 'Graffiti on the Train' has really helped the album, despite doing nothing itself in the charts.

May 14, 201313 yr #65 Gabrielle Aplin - Please Don't Say You Love Me [used on Waterloo Road] I think the fact 'Panic Cord' charted is more the reason why this is re-entering rather than usage on Waterloo Road.
May 14, 201313 yr #39 Mariah Carey feat. Miguel - #Beautiful [45[A]; 2] Notes: [A] +1 as a member of Helping Haiti And what about as part of "Artists Stand Up To Cancer"? :moira: (also don't see why the download re-entries of "Hero" and "All I Want For Christmas Is You" count, but I guess that's just a geeky chart thing)

May 15, 201313 yr Author and "The Roof"? *peaked between 76 and 100 since that part of the chart became freely available again in 2007, I should say.

May 18, 201313 yr Author The OCC have lumped the sales of Knife Party's EP to track 1 then. I think I've figured out their policy on this, if the EP has a title track or a near title track the sales go to that, otherwise they go to track 1. The latter situation also applied to Lady Gaga's 'A Very Gaga Christmas' EP whose sales went to 'White Christmas'. That considered, perhaps Monica Heldal deserves a featured credit on Ben Howard's '[The] Burgh Island [E.P.]' :P Have looked into this a bit further just now and it seems the OCC changed their mind about this some time in the middle of 2011. Prior to that EPs with no title track or near title track charted under the EP name (Bruno Mars 'It's Better If You Don't Understand' and Beth Ditto 'Beth Ditto EP' for example) but since then they've charted under the title of track 1 (Lady Gaga 'A Very Gaga Holiday EP'/'White Christmas', Newton Faulkner 'Sketches EP'/'Write It On Your Skin' and Knife Party 'Haunted House EP'/'Power Glove').
