She should go at least top 10 on iTunes, maybe even officially. If she wins maybe #1?

Not even Katrina & The Waves got number 1 when they won so I'd be VERY surprised if Molly got a number 1 if she won the contest.

I think top 30 next week and hopefully top 15 the week after and it's a good result for her.

Aram MP3 is quite a fan of Laura Whitmore in this interview from the opening ceremony!

Different time though. Going out and buying a single is a much more purposeful action than downloading one. Not to mention Love Shine A Light wasn't even especially contemporary. If Molly wins I'm pretty certain it'll be challenging for the top on iTunes.

"Love Shine A Light" had very bad airplay on British radio stations and wasn't supported by Radio 1.

What website is staying molly drew the second half? If she has I can't see any reason why they wouldn't put her song on last! Don't see the point of ending on a ballad aka sweden/Armenia ...

I wouldn't necessarily want Molly to be put last, between 17th and 22nd has been the best position in recent years but of course anywhere in the second half is fantastic!

Anyway you can see Molly's press conference below, the draw begins at 14:55 into the video:

I love the reaction of Molly and everyone in the press conference room when she draws second half, it was like the reaction to winning a football match or something like that!

Yeah, last would be a pretty dreadful slot - I think most people tend to have decided by that point who their favourite is and they tune out a little bit. It's only really Maria Haukaas Storeng back in 2008 who's done really well off the final slot recently (and Chanée and N'evergreen in 2010, but that doesn't really count as the final performance given Spain performed again after that), and we haven't had a winner from the last slot in donkey's years (I think going back to 1989?)

I'm hoping for 17-19. Despite it being a really odd set of numbers, those three slots have chucked up six of the last nine winners.

It's quite sad that even if the stars did continue to align perfectly and Molly managed to win, Rita Ora would definitely stop her from challenging for No.1 anyway. I expect the single to peak top 10 in the UK if she finishes in the top three, and maybe top 20 otherwise.

Sanna on the other hand would destroy Rita Ora if she won.

Ruth Lorenzo said in her press conference earlier that she and Molly are planning writing sessions together later this year as she believes Molly is a true artist, so that's nice! :D
OK tonights draw couldnt have gone better! Molly's chances rising up!
I hope they open the show with sanna and stick Aram in a death slot and we have to win haha

I don't think opening the show would help personally, and she's drawn second half, so that can't happen. And Aram drew first half, so he can't possibly be 16th.
Ah sorry I had molly on my mind - I meant to type sanna =]

Oh we've ALL BEEN THERE love *.*

This was tagged onto the end of the BBC report on the semi-final:

''Her single entered the UK chart at number 48 on Sunday, and is expected to break the top 40 after Saturday's final - but bookmakers' have rated her chances for Eurovision victory as average, placing her directly in the middle of the field, with odds of 6/1.''

How can they call her chances average?!
