I hope they do snub The Wanted as the song is awful ! Union J has been C list for the past 3 weeks so they will probably get dropped from the playlist soon if there single does not do well.

Yeah they will playlist 'Gentleman' but unfortunately.. I think it's going to have 2-4 weeks top 40, the radio don't seem to be supporting the song, which is a shame as this is the follow up to 'What About Us'

Capital are playing the song and its getting alot of plays on music channels.

Gotta say I'm surprised and yet at the same time unsurprised that Union J are still only C list with just a few days to go before that dreadful single of theirs is out. I thought Nick Grimshaw in particular who is very pro-acts like them would have been all over this like a rash! Even JLS were A-list at this stage with 'Beat Again' in 2009 I seem to recall.

Absolutely shocked at Mariah being added. :o I thought her age would've made her blacklisted for life. No doubt that would've been the case if it wasn't for Miguel.

 

So happy Icona Pop have been added. :D This needs to go to #1 officially. It'll definitely fit in with the amazing batch of #1s 2013 has had so far.

Radio 1 must have been told that it had been pushed back. I seriously doubt they ever had any intention to snub this when they've playlisted a good 5 weeks before its release.

Can't remember who posted the comment, but they were spot on with the whole Miguel feat. Mariah Carey thing. That said, '#Beautiful' is a surprisingly decent song.

 

Can't help but echo the YAYS for Icona Pop but I think John Newman will be a real challange and as others have mentioned, John Newman might even beat Icona Pop to #1 (which I wouldn't mind as it's a great track, even though it reminds me 'Prayin' by Plan B)

VERY shocked over Mariah but I'm guessing that they really want to get Miguel a hit. I'm pleased though and for the Icona Pop addition and John Newman/Biffy Clyro/Robin Thicke climbs. Still not feeling the Chase and Status song though. :(

I love them but the song is still not appealing to me yet. :(

I was expecting to be let down by the C&S song seeing some of the reaction to it on here but I genuinely love it just as much as most of 'No More Idols'. Really hope it can get them a third top 10 hit.

Glad Mariah's been playlisted.. The song's really grown on me & hopefully will move up in the chart in the next few weeks.
