Absolutely LOVED the first one, although

the 15 minutes or whatever in the dream sequence/running around in black wasn't really needed to be as long as it was. It dragged on for a bit!

but some genuinely scary stuff! Hoping for more of that in the sequel.

CAN'T WAIT. (But ugh at that song being used again. Scariest/creepiest song, ever!)

I think I genuinely must have watched the wrong first film. Didn't scare me in the slightest?! Yet everyone I've spoken to has said it proper shit them up.

Did you see it at the cinema? The scares were just, very well placed (+ the old school soundtrack REALLY added to the scares for me) and the things within that big, dream sequence were all some of the creepiest things I've seen.
No I ummm... downloaded it (legally or not lol). It just didn't affect me at all? The only bit that was a bit creepy for me was when she looked at the photo at the end.

The original was exactly how haunted house horror should be done right now. Cheesy in just the right amounts, but still packing a mean punch with the scares.

Really excited for this (even though i'm not usually a fan of sequels)!

The first one had to be seen in the Cinema to be really scary, I absolutely shit it in the Cinema but I have now on DVD and think it's daft.

I CAN'T WAIT for this

'Insidious' was probably one of my favourite horrors of the last few years (this year in particular has been dreadful), but I'm not sure it NEEDS a sequel. Why must every remotely successful film have a sequel these days? :(
It didnt scare me as such but I thought it was a good movie, much better than other recent overhyped moves like it (namely Paranormal Activity and Sinister which are just frankly BORING)

Watched this last night and I'm still completely creeped out. This ones pretty confusing, but at times clever, I think its so much more scarier than the first one was to watch in the pics! I purposely went for a wee and took my time just to get out, shit bag me.

Interesting! Like I said in the lounge, going to see this tomorrow.

A third installment has been confirmed btw. It's been a MASSIVE success at the box office!

Ahh it did leave me wondering if there would be a third.

New cast though with Alyss I guess, can't spell her name

Just the sodding title with the noise alonem when it shows that is scary enough!

Is 'Tiptoe Through the Tulips' used again?! :(

I'm 99% certain I remember 'Tiptoe Through The Tulips' being in the film, though I did watch it directly after the first film. Creepy. The ending kinda made it obvious there will be a sequel though.

Loved the film so much though, as good as the first film. Found all of it so clever!

I don't remember Tiptoe being in the second

This film was great! A sequel that answers questions and in a creative and great way. The scares weren't AS good as they could have been for me but I enjoyed it more than the first! (After rewatching that one I decided it wasn't as great as I originally thought.)
I saw this yesterday and I really enjoyed it. I couldn't remember much of the first film so I was a bit confused at times (what's new though :D) but I liked how it answered some parts of the first film as well. The scares were a bit predictable but still good enough.

I think I properly jumped at the bit when the kid runs out of the wardrobe. :(

Saw it yesterday and It was too funny rather than scary or even as intense as the first one. Me and my friends went in opening night and I'm terrible when it comes to horror movies, yet this made me laugh. Seriously, 'Your name isn't Parker, ITS MARYLIN!' That was the most random line I've heard
