Just finished listening to all of it, and it's really AMAZING! The John Legend collab isn't as bad as I imagined it would be (well, Rebecca wouldn't sound bad on it, of course). Some great songs, though! 'Fake Smile' and 'Beautiful Design' <3

So far my top 5 on the album are...

01 I Hope

02 Bridges (feat. John Legend)

03 Fake Smile

04 Freedom

05 Hanging On

OMG !

I've been waiting for this album for MONTHS.

Has anyone an audio rip of the stream please?

It DOES sound AMAZING. Oh my, this just is SO good.

edit: The last track is brilliant, it really moved me. Such an outstanding album. I'm impressed.

Also the album edit of "I hope" is longer (similar to the one she did live) and it is even more amazing

OMG yes, forgot to say about that! I actually prefer it, that bit at the end is fab!

Just listened to the album, it's even better than 'Heaven' imo! I fear it's going to do really badly though.

I Hope - 7.0

Fake Smile - 7.5

Bridges - 8.0

My Best - 8.0

All That I've Got - 8.5

Hanging On - 8.5

My Freedom - 7.0

Beautiful Design - 8.0

Wonderful World - 6.0

We'll Be Fine - 8.0

I Choose You - 6.5

Freedom - 10.0

The title track is by far and away the best on here. It is stunning, this album's 'Teach Me How To Be Loved' (although not quite as outstanding). Aside from that 'All That I've Got' and 'Hanging On' are my favourites. Overall, the album is very strong and a great second album, but compared to 'Heaven' it lacks a little, as 'Heaven' was an almost perfect album, in my opinion, of course.

Absolutely stunning album from Rebecca, on par I not better than Heaven. Deserves MUCH more success than a peak of #6.

The German bonus track 'Light On' has leaked, it's far 'bigger' than anything she's done before, sounds like an X Factor winner's single or big Eurovision ballad.

True, it could have been her winner single and a great Christmas number 1

Such a beautiful song, and a great addition on an already amazing album.

I've just listened to 'Light On' and I completely agree with you both! Amazing song and hopefully the fact it is apparently on a TV advert in Germany will make it a success when released there next week!

A promotional video has now been released for 'Light On' featuring Rebecca and personalities from the German TV station RTL, the station which the song is being used to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

The song is also now available on German iTunes, it's currently in the top 30! :D

I wonder what single two will be... "Bridges" would be nice.

Bridges is fantastic, definitely a stand out on the album. Plus, it's John Legend featuring! Other than that, maybe Fake Smile?

Not quite sure why this is in the "r&b and urban" section now and I hope it's not for the "wrong" reason...

"I hope" (which still sounds BRILLANT months later) is basically "Rolling in the deep" part 2, and the whole album is very "pop" in the same category as "21" or other albums by big pop vocalists.

And her sound has never been "r&b" or "urban" anyway, she's always been a pop diva.

I'd categorise the album & her music in general as R&B/Soul, but with a pop edge. I don't think there's any problem with her topic being in this section? It's a compliment, if anything!
