August 21, 201311 yr A low quality version of the album (i.e. cobbled together live versions and leaks) is around and even from that it sounds pretty damn strong. Hey Brother is way more country than Wake Me Up, Addicted To You is sung by the best Adele tribute act I've ever heard and Lay Me Down and Edom sound like huge tunes!
September 14, 201311 yr (I presume due to being released in Ireland) This has leaked. Downloading now.
September 16, 201311 yr Hey Brother would have been 10 times bigger than You Make Me (even though that's doing very respectably in the UK!).
September 16, 201311 yr I think Hey Brother would do fantastically as the third single if that's what they choose
September 17, 201311 yr So it turns out that it actually is THE Hope There's Someone. WEIRD. Can't believe Anthony allowed it.
September 17, 201311 yr Although... I do really kinda like Heart Upon My Sleeve, reminds me of Brainbug's Nightmare with a slight recollection of The Crystal Maze thrown in for good measure.
September 17, 201311 yr Although... I do really kinda like Heart Upon My Sleeve, reminds me of Brainbug's Nightmare with a slight recollection of The Crystal Maze thrown in for good measure. ! wow. need to listen to that!
September 21, 201311 yr The Amazon bonus track, Always On The Run, should definitely have been on the main album. It's like the sonic sequel to I Could Be The One, could probably be a UK top five with ease!
September 27, 201311 yr Hey Brother has just gone to #1 in Sweden, making it his third #1 in a row, all of which happened in succession (he keeps knocking himself off the top!) after Wake Me Up and You Make Me. Basically he's HUGE!
December 24, 201311 yr NeEqPDoo3T0 Love this so much, a lot better than the recent two singles and probably even better than 'Wake Me Up' for me. I heard he's apparently releasing the whole album as singles in the tracklist order. :o (Which would mean this track would be single number 8).
December 24, 201311 yr I heard he's apparently releasing the whole album as singles in the tracklist order. :o (Which would mean this track would be single number 8). Really? As much as I love the album I hope he doesn't milk it that much. I think after 'Addicted To You' (which has been confirmed as single #4) he should go straight to 'Lay Me Down', then either release 'Dear Boy' or move on to promo singles/next era depending on how successful LMD was (if it flops then obviously he should move on to his next era)
December 28, 201311 yr NeEqPDoo3T0 Love this so much, a lot better than the recent two singles and probably even better than 'Wake Me Up' for me. I heard he's apparently releasing the whole album as singles in the tracklist order. :o (Which would mean this track would be single number 8). I certainly hope not. I'm not too sure about 'Addicted To You' being a single to be honest, but should get Top 20 at least . I'm loving 'Lay Me Down' too and was hoping it will be officially released around May/June for the Summer.
December 28, 201311 yr I certainly hope not. I'm not too sure about 'Addicted To You' being a single to be honest, but should get Top 20 at least . iirc 'Addicted To You' was the 2nd most cherry picked song off True on album release week (after 'Hey Brother') so that is probably the best choice. Then he should release 'Lay Me Down' as the final single of the era.
December 29, 201311 yr Is this album getting a re-release? I might wait to buy it if that's the case. Its reduced at the moment in HMV.
April 17, 201411 yr Author 'Lay Me Down' is the next single, at least in Australia according to what I've read on ATRL forum!
April 17, 201411 yr 'Lay Me Down' is the next single, at least in Australia according to what I've read on ATRL forum! Yay! Good choice there, hopefully it gives Avicii another top 20 hit in the UK
April 17, 201411 yr 'Lay Me Down' is the next single, at least in Australia according to what I've read on ATRL forum! Oh YES YES YES YES! That is amazing news. (Hope it's actually true).
April 20, 201411 yr Is this album getting a re-release? I notice the Japan edition has 5 extra tracks to UK version.
