December 2, 201014 yr Author I honestly never thought I'd be overly interested in her again after Butterflies as she screamed 'Eurovision related short-term novelty obsession' for me, and god knows there have been enough of those over the years. But she's really upped her game with Cocool and all of the singles as well as No Way Out, Slightly Bitter Taste and That's What You Get have been on repeat for weeks now - the only thing that would have made it that tiny bit better is if Pick It Up was tacked on the end rather than being retrospectively thrown onto I Know. Had you told me that i would be completely obsessed with Tone when Jerick DNQ'd with I Know a few months later i probably would have laughed at you. I don't think i was expecting I Know to be so good or to fall so in love with Butterflies. I guess it helped that I Love You came at the height of my loondom over I Know  I agree, this is easily her best album [bliss being the only one i don't have :funky:] and Pick It Up would have made a nice inclusion. We'll have to see if she Deluxe's it :heehee:
December 2, 201014 yr 'Stuck In My Head' sounds more like... a Vinni song to me than Tone Damli. But it sounds much better than 'Butterflies' I think. Sounds more international appealing too. And I must admit she actually looks stunning in the video (and no wonder I used her in one of the recent weeks of music cover competition).
December 3, 201014 yr Author Her new album sounds more like Stuck In My Head than Butterflies. I agree, this song would be better to launch her internationally as it's more current than Butterflies. While Butterflies is amazing, that style of music isn't lighting up the charts anywhere right now. She is so beautiful
December 4, 201014 yr Author Indeed! Stuck In My Head may not sound like much at first, but after one listen it was stuck in my head and it grew from a 7-8/10 into a 12/10
December 4, 201014 yr Author And Tone Damli And Maria Haukaas Storeng. Who you should also youtube. Except avoid her new album. Extra Mile and Precious To Me are the only decent things on it. What did you think of Tone's stuff?
December 4, 201014 yr Author This is true :kink: I was meaning what songs  Anything you liked in particular? Anything you didn't?
December 4, 201014 yr Oh  Well, the ones that stuck out most were Butterflies and I Love You. Of the sings I heard, there wasn't any that I disliked.
December 4, 201014 yr Author One from each  You'll love the album I Know then. I'd suggest acquiring that one before moving on to Cocool.
December 4, 201014 yr Having originally found Phil's loonness over her extremly bewilderingly random. I now announce that 'Stuck In My Head' is rather blooming wonderful isnt it?
December 4, 201014 yr Author It'll go on The List then :smoke:Good stuff! ^_^ Having originally found Phil's loonness over her extremly bewilderingly random. I now announce that 'Stuck In My Head' is rather blooming wonderful isnt it? :cheer: I don't loon over just anybody! :smoke: The third most epic track of 2010 [behind I Like That and just behind Stuck In My Head] has finally been added to Youtube!!!!! :w00t: ZpSXFqWuBkQ If you only listen to 3 Tone Damli tracks make it No Way Out, Stuck In My Head and Butterflies
December 4, 201014 yr I think I'm becoming a big Tone fan. Not quite as much of a loon as Silas, but I love Butterflies, Cocool and SIMH. I Know is a wonderful album, but I've still not listened to Cocool :(
December 4, 201014 yr Author :w00t: It is my mission to convert Buzzjack :smoke: Cocool is even better than I Know, it's worth the wait.
January 7, 201114 yr No Way Out confirmed as 3rd single! Somebody's got their head screwed on this era haven't they
