July 5, 201312 yr I think part of the plan would have been, to popularize the girls in west with What about us , and in east with Gentleman. Atleast their songs are charting in various countries. Now they have to do proper promo with 3rd single !
July 5, 201312 yr Cheryl Miles -Yes we debuted it here. So i've heard it heaps of times before. Yesterday at 8:29pm · Sent from Mobile This is one if the DJs in Singapore hot fm 91.3 on Gentleman! Some of my promo work with radios in Malaysia and Singapore, on day of release, hopefully should have given some boost ^_^
July 6, 201311 yr I'm hoping higher than #15 (so it doesn't become their second lowest peaker, although My Heart Takes Over is a better song imo), obviously top 10 is absolutely out of the question but #13 or #14 looks likely.
July 6, 201311 yr I can't believe the number of time we've encountered that^ phrase on this and many other forum, way back to Wordshaker. It is just though.
July 6, 201311 yr Poor Floppydays :( They never seem to be able to do anything right. If you take away the fact What About Us never took off in America because of their label, it had poor worldwide performance, was held back for months and months in the UK and has yet to be reduced to 59p even though it's chances of a Brit nomination are at stake then you could say that it was a pretty much flawless campaign.
July 6, 201311 yr Their. team. sucks. It's not the team that's the problem. Or if it is, it's a very minor problem. It's the material that's the problem. If they have good material, they'll get a high chart position.
July 6, 201311 yr And how are people going to hear the material if its not being promoted properly? It's not a one sided thing.
July 6, 201311 yr It's now after midnight so their fate is sealed. I hope it's kept top 12 but I have a bad feeling it's unlucky #13. :(
