It's a brilliant song!!! I hope they do some decent promo :)

Talking promo... Alan Carr/Jonathan Ross/Graham Norton - are they all back in October?

Obviously there's the morning/daytime shows, radio interviews and X Factor/Strictly too so we'll see with those two but not get our hopes up on that front. Can't think of much else.

Alan Carr : Chatty man will be back, they could be one either the 5th or the 12th

I think Jonathan Ross will be back too, since he was around last year, but there's nothing about it on Wikipedia

Graham Northon usually starts around the 20th of October so they could be on there too, to promote the album

Hoping they get a massive promo (XF or SCD) and go all out like the Notorious performance on SYTYCD and have the dancers in roller-blades etc..
They can still do little shows as long as they do a lot of them (and by that, I really mean, a lot, not like 4 or 5).
I'd love them to do another live lounge, they haven't done it since 'Notorious'!
Just noticed Aaron is in the teaser clip! It makes me happy because I loved S Club Juniors when I was younger and its nice to see 3 of the members together haha

I do like the video teaser but I hope the full video doesn't come across as tacky as this could ruin there chances of a decent hit.

The song itself sounds retro and fresh but the video COULD be bordering on cheap and predictable :/

Dying for a US link!

Dying for a German link! The bitches here block every mo'fo video! D: I have to watch shiz on vimeo or using proxfree, but if the video is blocked in a country you can't watch it anyway. -_-

Regarding promo, I know alot of people mentioned Alan Carr but I'd rather they got Graham Norton instead. They were on Alan Carr with What About Us, 30 Days, My Heart Takes Over, Missing You and Ego which doesn't sound like alot but the show can't have them on with every single, plus Graham Norton has much better ratings and performances on there tend to get much bigger boosts. Also, as a fan, the Alan Carr interviews are a bit repetitive and I'd like to see them on a different set for a change (they've only been on Graham Norton once with Notorious) but any promo is promo. :)

They haven't performed on Jonathon Ross yet (they had an interview around All Fired Up time and that was it) and they haven't done X-Factor or Strictly so hopefully we get something new this year, especially seeing as we're launching an album.

edit - anyone else find it alarming this isn't even top 1500 in pre-orders?

YES! I think fans have overhyped this release.

I don't find it alarming that it's not top 1500 in pre-orders, no. The fanbase have already pre-ordered it, and it's not had much airplay yet for anyone outside the fanbase to have done so. It'll climb again soon.

Airplay hasn't even kicked in properly yet, so it was never gonna do well on pre-order yet.

Though it managed to go top 200 on premier a day so I reckong that's quite good

HOWEVER we are talking NOT TOP 1,500!!!

The Wanted etc..We're still top 100 on pre-order at this stage.

Good Lord it's happening again already, isn't it? :manson:

I feel like it could be #1, selling double of #2, and you'd still call it a flop.

Walks Like Rihanna got LOADS of radio airplay from Capital and other stations, and got top five on airplay well before its release without Radio 1 support IIRC, whereas Disco Love's video hasn't even premiered yet let alone had its airplay kick in. GIVE IT TIME.
