Britney's team is not behind this anyways, this is the typical Walmart collection and I love this myself and the fact that Britney has been given this treatment, since only legends get these "Essential..." albums released. I also think Britney's the youngest act to have this "Essential..." album released. What do you guys think? This should've been released instead of The Singles Collection, tbh.

August 2, 201312 yr Author I know, the sadness of Born To Make You Happy not being considered a Britney essential when it obviously is. But it's a very solid tracklisting overall.
August 3, 201312 yr Looking pretty good but the exclusion of Born To Make You Happy is saddening. :(I think I read somewhere (on this site, today actually) that 'Born To Make You Happy' wasn't a US single! They had 'From the Bottom of My Broken Heart' apparently! What are these "Main Versions" of 'Hot As Ice' and 'Out From Under'? :o Two of my favourite Britney tracks from their respective eras, might I add! :wub:
August 3, 201312 yr lol @ the exclusion of BTMYH, the best single of her first 2 eras, and the inclusion of Hot as Ice & Out from Under as if they were fan favourites. Decent tracklist though, this is how the singles collection should have been and when it should have been released. Oh, and Main Version is the album version I suppose.
August 3, 201312 yr This is not from her label, this is another unofficial release. BTMYH was never released in America, and it is an American only release, I believe. AND HOT AS ICE IS f***ING FLAWLESS.

August 30, 201312 yr This is a major improvement on the previous pointless cash-in compilations released in the past. The tracking list is very good, one thing I'll pick up on is 'From the Bottom of My Broken Heart' being included over 'Born to Make You Happy; the latter is much better and like said above, it is worthy of being included on an "essential" album. I suppose the reason for this is because one was a US hit and the other was not. I'm happy with those two "fan favourites" being added - 'Out From Under' is a beautiful highlight on Circus for sure :wub: - although I'd have thought 'Shattered Glass' would have been added since that's probably her best selling album track with it entering the lower regions of the chart in the US, Canada and UK.
