What did I say..?

(ohai Jake )

Ah it was someone else!

I wouldn't say GaGa releases club bangers, she releases electro-pop. I don't think I've ever heard her be played in a club actually. Maybe 'Just Dance' but nothing else. :o

All the time! Born this Way still gets played I think in certain clubs too.

That's the problem that both GaGa and a lot of her fans don't realise. Completely overhyping herself so early in her career is fantastic for the short-term but extremely damaging long-term. Just look at Spice Girls who were very similar in that sense. They were EVERYWHERE in 1996/7 and the hype that they, their team and their fans created was so HUGE that they were never going to be able to continue on that level (even if Geri didn't leave). GaGa has tried every trick in the book with her outrageous outfits at every big event (the meat dress, the dressing up as a guy, the egg ) to the point where she has nowhere new to go and the same can be said for her music. Most bold, daring popstars do things slowly and don't use up all their tricks and gimmicks in the first two years of their career. The 10 minute videos for nearly every song in her last era is another example. Yes the 'Paparazzi' and 'Telephone' videos were great but repeating the gimmick over and over again just kills it eventually. If GaGa wanted to rebuild popularity, then maybe she should've come back with an understated release first.

This is the wisest post in the last few pages, exactly what I think.

APPLAUSE IS #1 ON UK ITUNES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gaga just tweeted it!!!!!!!! :w00t:

She obviously has the wrong information as she's still #2

Go GaGa!

Anyone else concerned 'Same Love' isn't going to take off? :( It's still at #150.

Ain't nobody got no time to think about that, Applause is out and Roar could pop any minute!

She is clearly not number 1 and the most recent update from kworb shows she is now in the red so its on the decrease.
I still have faith that GAGA will be #1! Come on GAGA!!! :D

You be in your blissful denial if you want, but don't moan if you are disappointed, it will be your own fault for having unrealistic exceptions even at this stage.

Gaga has already peaked on UK iTunes, she's already started decreasing! I don't think she will be top 3 this week, I think #04 is going to be her highest possible peak this week.

10. The Wanted - We Own The Night 23.3% (#11 Combined)

11. Drake Feat Majid Jordan - Hold On, We're Going Home 20.6%

It would be quite disastrous for The Wanted to miss the top 10 with ' We Own The Night ' especially as it's the lead single for their album, which is getting released in over a month

The Wanted are promoting in America so must have thought it would have stable enough for them to return next month and promote the single / album.

PRIORITIES PPL

Sorry, got sidetracked!

GaGa hasn't peaked, just a blip.

Now you HAVE to be trollin'

Started from the Bottom is amazing.

Leona Lewis update! :cheer:

"Run" #77.

"Bleeding Love" #525.

"Footprints In The Sand" #1063.

"Better In Time" #1447!!! :o This is the first time I've seen this in the top 1500 in years! Perhaps it's always just outside and actually does well with trickle sales? I hope so :D Would love it to be 59p at some point in the future. Perhaps after "Run" has finished with its current run at 59p :kink:

I think that many people spend their time for Gaga when U.K has the best singer all over the world!! I just saw her live performances on X-Factor and all of them captivated me.. I hope Run will be a million seller very soon!!! One of the best covers ever!!!
