I'd personally like Salute to be the next single and hopefully the US debut single with a killer video. After that another uptempo for the summer time, I don't really care which one as they're all incredible, anything but 'Mr Loverboy' for me, and then close with Towers or These Four Walls.

Move is the first single in the US already. I'd love them to perform on American Idol or Ellen next year though.
I have a really good feeling this is going to outpeak 'DNA' in the US! I really do and I don't know why! Maybe it's the instant grat tracks doing so well, that's making me believe this!
Based on the performance of their grant tracks, it's possible they could score a US #1 album with Salute. There doesn't seem to be massive competition during their release week.
I hope so that would be amaziny.. especially for an x factor act and girl group
That would be so cool! I would love them to get a top 3 in the US just so it could beat DNA and show they are improving. Plus two top 5 albums in the US definitely looks good in their record books. Excited to see what they decide to release over there, I like to think they may try different songs over then than in the UK or at least hoping so as there's so many tracks that deserve single status!

US iTunes:

5. Stand Down - Little Mix

I think this is only so high because it's an instant-grat but I'm not too sure. Hope it shows that the album will be big though!

Totally forgot this was out now in the US but SO happy for them that they're as high as #2! Shame they released on Super Bowl week really in terms of getting in at #1 there otherwise but it'll still really well anyway.
thats number 2 in terms of downloads right... i think another top 5 hit would be great, especially for a british girlband
Wowwww No.1 so happy for them :D
Really happy how well it's performing on iTunes, now it's got #1 it surely be receiving a lot more general interest by people just browsing iTunes. Are there any other charts, shops or US amazon etc. where we may be able to then build up a bigger picture of how well the album is doing?
Ahhh! I'm not sure how much iTunes accounts for official sales over in the US, but it's a very positive sign indeed  Really hope it storms into the top 5, just like their debut did!
Brilliant to see this at #1 on US iTunes! It would be great if they could get Top 3 officially!

OH. MY. FUKKING. GOD.

They went in HARD on that performance! Absolutely INCREDIBLE. I have to wait until the end of May to witness that live and with full, stage production and stuff and I am probably going to have a heart attack or something. THESE GIRLS.

Little Mix new album, "Salute" , is heading towards #6 on the Billboard 200 with 35K - 40K copies sold! Congrats @LittleMixOffic

I'm not going to lie - I expected much better. I thought with the pre-orders and the amount of time that Salute was up to pre-order it would have almost been a certain top 5 entry! A couple of weeks ago I was almost positive it would debut top 3.

yea I expected more than that on pre-orders alone, but it is still an amazing achievment for a uk girlband with hardly any good promotion

This is because you're viewing it from the UK chart's perspective. As has been said all along, the US charts are completely different. Obviously it's rather lovely to see it do well on pre-orders and all that, but they'd literally done NO promo for this era over there until this last week. I'm happy anyway! Another top 10  (and only 2 places off of 'DNA''s peak).
