No1 seems to curr :(

Formidable and Humain à l’eau are giving me life atm.

'Papaoutai' is a big hit in the Netherlands right now and rightfully so. Not sure if I should try the rest of the album, although 'Formidable' is really good too.

Buzzjack needs to listen to "Papaoutai", it really is a worldwide sized HIT.

Plus there is a version featuring Angel Haze so maybe a release could be planned sometime in the UK!

Buzzjack listened to it, loved it and are now OVER it. NEXT
Heard the version with, who I assumed was, Angel Haze on the radio today. I don't like it at all. Aside from the fact that her rap is pretty crap they also cut out my favorite part of the song

Papaoutai is also big now in Germany. I love that song :D

Recognition :cheer:

'Ta fête' is quite the party song!

And 'Moules frites' --> ''Paulo aime les moules frites, sans frites et sans mayo''

So apparently "Papaoutaï" has been sent to UK radio, but the version with Angel Haze.

As much as I love her, the original is far better.

In Pop? (is it though... pop? (really?)). It's so much more Dance (which is where I created my thread for this originally  ) than pop.

Anyway, it sounds about right... UK picking up a song that was already out almost a year ago. Is there really like a time shift in the UK or...?

Any time is THE RIGHT TIME for 'Papaoutai' to be a hit in the UK, thx. :D

Yes, 'Formidable' and 'Tous les memes' are just the definition of dance music.

They aren't the only two songs on the album though. Hope u knew that xx

So what you're saying is there is variety on the album so that it doesn't fit into one genre. Yep, definitely sounds like something that should be in dance.

Most dance artists' albums have 'pop' songs. So following this logic they should be categorised as pop as well then? Why is there a Dance forum at all?

Because the opinions of the genre mods are more important than yours.
