A Mauritian?

A very nice and not at all racist sentence here.

Racist...how?

mauritania or mauritius

it makes a difference

The former would be Mauritanian

'...to finish it (as in a Mauritian) off'.

Just throwing it out there~

I was talking about the MELODIFESTIVALEN THREAD love. I spent last night tussling with a Mauritian (Jake: toe) and I'm finishing the MF thread at work as we speak

pavel do you know what tussle means? It's more oink and less of a lynching.

I'd be shocked if sandra held any ill will to Mauritian folks. I hold the Seychellois in quite low regard and occasionally comorans but that has nothing to do with melodefestivalen ideals

Sorry to wade into the debate here, but I'm genuinely looking forward to this little rundown Tirren. I was pretty pumped for this in the last 2 years but for some reason, I'm not that excited even though when I was seeing the names coming through, there was a lot that was impressing me.

I think I just need to hear that theme tune again, that always works (although, my currently TERRIBLE lagging internet is going to make streaming an absolute nightmare).

Oh, I won't be partly into it until I know a lot more (via Tirren's thread), and then fully into it when it I know the songs, it actually starts, and YOHIO opens with a showstopper (:kink:). Just been letting my love for it drift for now.

I do indeed.

(oink though. what do pigs have to do with Tirren? :o )

Does the Lynda Woodruff joke really have much more to give? I'm pretty certain they'll probably retire it after two years in a row.

Sarah is really busy doing, i think, musical theatre currently anyway.

As much as I'd love more Lynda Woodruff, I'd hate for it to be wheeled out every single year. Diminishing returns and all that. (Not saying it's started to get bad already as the appearance at the ESC final was *.* gold)

Well yes there is that, just verrry subtle half-minute appearances off the cuff. I agree about not overbaking the joke.
