Now I'm working from home I hear him on Heart London a fair bit - but always the same three songs which is a shame

Yeah, Heart are notorious for that

They do play good music but it does tend to be the same ones again and again

What is a tasting menu?

What is a tasting menu?

It's a little sample of the top dishes n the restaurant, fine dining to the extreme. i have been to the Taste iamspamspamami in Capetown where each dish was a work of art ( I thnk we had eleven dishes in all plus wine to match each dish , tiny drop at the bottom of each glass mind ypu <_< ) , too pretty to even eat  , the only mistake we made was that we forgot to take photos of the food on the plates , it's an age thing I guess  .

I feel like I haven't lived Tess

Probably too faffy for Robbie - he's an oatcakes kind of man ^_^

Love this song from Noel Gallagher, he sang it on the J Ross show

Also mentioned that a documentary on the Oasis 1996 gigs from Knebworth is due for release in cinemas next Friday , I would love to see Robbies Knebworth gigs in cinema , maybe it will be incorporated in his upcoming biopic , I am sure it will ..

Someone shared this on RW.Com today - first interview following his "comeback".

Interesting to watch with hindsight. His reference to TT when we now know Progress had already been written and recorded and his love for Ayda and their marriage/children plans.

A lovely watch= although you can feel his nervousness ^_^

Yep, you can always see the nervousness in his eyes , life is a hell of a lot better for him now , I guess the ups & downs are easier to take when someone has your back

The 2006 tour was far too large , started in Apr & ended in December , covered 14 countries & 44 venues , I think he learnt a lot from that experience & his more recent tours have been more managable

Seems everybody likes absolutely new song from Lorde, me too actually.

But it's very Freedom/Primal Scream isn't?

Also this clip similar to Sin Sin Sin while you could hear some familiar lyrics inside too ;) can i kick it? Yes I can!

Rather interesting little review of the Robster as a popstar

Deaf With The Record

In an era when pop stars take themselves more seriously than ever and the pop album is suddenly prime fodder for Pitchfork's 'bEsT NEwMuSic', we like to think back to a time when pop music was simpler; when the focus was on three things: charisma, bangers and a bit of personality.

Robbie Williams is hardly the most relevant name in the pop landscape in 2021 but a look back on his career, particularly his album "Swing When You're Winning", reveals a lot about how pop music has changed over the 21st Century.

At DWTR we've stuck our necks out a bit on this one, don't leave us out in the cold xx
