I believe folks living in the city of London etc are looking for large properties in the countryside to give them more space to roam about given the restrictions of living the cities these days so now is a good time to put it back on the market

No -not an exclusively ballad album either Tess - just one with consistent excellent songs like UTR1.

 

I love that album. It feels so original and fresh and vibrant. Full of ideas.
