Work for songwriters must be at a total standstill this past year, hopefully it will pick up . Robbie mentioned anther new album, I wonder who it will be with though ( excluding the dance album which we know is a collab with the Aussie guys ) .

Gary Barlow Confirmed To Lead BBC One Music Show ‘I’m With The Band’ From Penny Lane Entertainment

 

Take That singer Gary Barlow and Penny Lane Entertainment are set to co-produce a new music and entertainment show for BBC One. The one-hour primetime format is going by the working title I’m With The Band and will bring together a top group of artists and musicians to perform classic songs from past and present, as well as discussing their careers and musical heroes. Deadline first exclusively reported on the project in March.

 

The show’s band will be led by Barlow on keys and vocals, and also includes Jamie Cullum (piano and vocals), James Bay (guitar and vocals), Mica Paris (vocals), Guy Chambers (keyboards and musical director), Tom Fletcher (guitar and vocals), Danya Fisher (bass) and Donavan Hepburn (drums).

This is a concept we have already in NL and in Germany, a franchise like the Masked Singer. Quite successful.

I wonder what will happen to Robbie's plans:

TV shows and album and tour and movie.

It has become very quiet which means he is either working on something or all fell flat.

 

I sometimes think that for whatever security blanket Rob waits too long and when he does what he has planned time has already passed:

Joined the x-factor when it already was going nowhere

will release a rave/dance album after everyone and his dog did it now

does not hold contact with the fans since after corona-oke so that his fame in many countries has vanished to 15 years ago,

Does not even use the trends like Candy on tiktok to pick up on it.

 

I am not sure if he or his management is on top of this or I am simply desperate to see something more rather than trainings and holiday pictures.

 

By the way, Crystal Minkoff the good friend of Ayda and Rob is now a member of this Real Housewife of BH staff. Popped up yesterday in my timeline as twitter might have decided that I am interested in her as she is related to Ayda :-) Maybe we will see Ayda as a guest there soon too then.

Is Real Housewives on Netflix Elizabeth , it used to b on one of the satellite channels but I do not see it there now

 

I do not think Robbie has any real interest in just doing something just to keep his profile high , he just does the albums, as little promo as possible & then a tour , some private gigs when the opportunities arise , the UTR albums & that seems to be enough for him .

 

I was never that keen on the XF stint, it was nothing to write home about & as you say it was too late in the day when the show had gone stale . I would love something new & see a few tv appearances, hopefully we will hear some news in the coming months
