Not a great show, but the first and last performances were the highlight of tonight's performances, Emily, Jazz and Amelia.

I think there were a few standouts tonight I particularly liked Jazz Amelia and Callum.

I'm running behind again :lol: but the first battle round was much better than the general standard in previous series. It helped that they were not singing together most of the time so they weren't trying to sing louder than their opponent.

Well... I'm glad 5 of my favourites are thru so far... Emily, Jai, Christina, Anna and Jessica

There's something hugely irritating about Anna. Maybe I'm just overly harsh but it's so annoying how she can't even go on stage without that bloody harp of hers, I imagine her to be one of those girls who always thinks "omg I'm so indie!!1!!1" just because she plays the harp.

I think the same way about Jazz. I hated her attitude towards 16 year old Luciee just for being a fan of Kate B.

I absolutely adore Adele's sister!

I knew weeks ago Jamie was through to the finals, since there is a banner at one of our local pubs, supporting him, bit gobsmacked why Kylie picked Lee over Femi. :blink: Glad Rachel and Georgia went thru to the lives as well, probably the best acts performance wise tonight. I just hope Sally doesn't win the whole thing. -_-

I've got a feeling Sally will win and be the non-commercial winner over someone like Sophie-May or Rachel who could be successful... Idk I can just see it happening. She has a gorgeous voice but she's too folky to be a success (and then there's age, which of course shouldn't be a problem but will be), maybe she'd have album sales similar to Andrea? I just feel this series needs a real star, although perhaps Leah McFall will still happen when she eventually actually releases a single.

 

Kylie voting with a part of the body that wasn't the ears then seeing as she put Lee through :drama: I'd have chosen Sally, Georgia and Steven from Team Tom and Rachel, Jai and Jade from Team Kylie.

Christina Marie will be the Leah McFall of the series too, just wait for it. Blew everyone out of the water at the knockouts.

I don't know what Tom was on, Stephen was a hell lot better than Bizzi, his version of Grace Kelly was practically spot on. I think Tom has got a soft spot for Sally, he always brings on the waterworks when she sings. -_-

Sally to win, she has a classy calmness, a pure perfect singing voice, and puts emotion into every word. She could easily sell albums in the same way that Eva Cassidy has done, only (no disrespect to the late Eva) Sally has a more interesting vocal. I may well be tempted to vote for her, something I've never done before in any contest, not even Eurovision....

I have no idea why Kylie picked Lee... it's a space-wasted.

I have to be honest, that was Georgia's weakest performance.

 

Bar her talent, does anyone think their keeping her on to nab Adele for a performance?

It's because they're both old.

I don't know why Kylie picked Lee for the top 3 Femi deserved a spot . I find Tom's team pretty boring but I think he picked the right people though although I find that Geogria really irritating .
