Time will tell, Tusk is already seeming to say no to renegotiating the deal.

I am back at work a week today, think I will have to enter my work's post code into the sat nav. I might have forgotten how to get there...

Surely Theresa May has a plan B , anyway we will know whether she has or not by the time I get back :P

Vote is postponed tomorrow.

We're doomed Captain Mainwaring......

If one decides to get multiple immunizations at the same time, don't do what I did, and get them all in the same arm....was picking up a prescription Monday afternoon, and decided to get a flu shot along with a vaccination to prevent pneumonia.....pharmacist asked if I wanted them both in one arm, or one in each arm, and silly me said it didn't matter to me, so I was given both in the same arm, my left....and my arm sure is very sore today, and will be sore for a couple more days.....

I've never had a flu jab. It's offered for free at work but I've always refused. I'm sceptical about the benefits

My dad's the same way, skeptical of any benefit from it.....plus, he's none too fond of needles.....then again, he'll go get shots for any pain meds his doctor will administer....as for me, I'm not fussed about needles/shots, and have donated 2.5 gallons of blood over the years, and have had several intravenous meds/fluids administered over my stays in hospital for surgeries I've had, whether it was a several day stay or an outpatient procedure...I passed on the free shot offering at work, but the pharmacy I now use has them for free as well. I checked Tuesday for a tetanus booster shot, but apparently my insurance doesn't cover it for the pharmacy, so I'll have to check with my doctor when I see him next....

I guess it's because I've never had flu that I don't feel the need to guard against it.

I'm sure if I'd suffered with it previously - I'd be first in line for a jab.

So Theresa May has survived the no confidence vote.

No new date at the moment for when the Commons vote on her Brexit plan.

Maybe she is delaying it until after Christmas?

I do not believe in flu jabs, I do not want injecting stuff into my system that I have no idea what it is, I prefer to take my chances -_-

It's all so exciting watching the shenanigans in Westminster , it will be interesting to see how it develops . All I know in my heart is that I want no hard border .

I knew Teresa May was going to get support in that vote of 'no confidence', the price she paid was saying that she would not go forward again which opens the door for other members of her party for the PM job. Does anyone seriously think that any of them want the job of PM right now, I doubt it as they would be in a no win situation just like TM is in right now , where is the alternative solution that they are coming up with . The Government should have given consideration about the Irish border before they called the referendum , I doubt they even thought about it .

Interesting times ahead !!

Tonight Europe has said no concessions .

I wonder when the Commons vote will be now? I wonder if they will wait until after Christmas?

I doubt they even thought about the Irish border either Tess. I don't think they thought through anything because they didn't think the public would vote out.

I don't usually get immunizations at the same time, but the left arm is the brave one where needles are concerned...

Have had a good break, visited two Christmas tree festivals, went to Peterborough to see the cathedral and attend Choral Evensong as well as seeing the Christmas decorations. Also revisited two market towns to revisit two churches. Tomorrow, the redundant church has its first service in a few years. Back at work on Monday, where did the time go?

Really enjoyed Strictly final tonight.

I would have been happy whoever won but have enjoyed Stacey and Kevin the whole series so extra pleased they won.

On a side note - I think Kevin loves Stacey - as in really deep feelings for her not just superficial stuff. The words he uses when he talks about her - he's giving himself away.

I have to admire Theresa May for standing her ground though , it cannot be an easy job for her right now . The other EU countries seem to be planning for a 'no deal' brexit bit you wonder what the impact of that will be for all of us

I love visiting old buildings Flatcap especially Churches with their beautiful windows . I was down the city early yesterday morning ( & I mean early ) but will not get in there again until next weekend when the city should be buzzing, at least I hope so. I hate shopping centres in general & rarely go there , love being out in the open air & strolling from shop to shop , looking at all the lovely shop windows & street lighting , such a shame a lot of city centres are losing their shops with rent & rates being far too high . People complain abut their being no shops in the cities but if Joe Public does not support them how can they survive.

I am gonna miss Jose M  , used to love his press conferences
I loved Robbie on the X Factor, I am just gutted we didn't get a new lead single on there :(
I would love to see him do BGT , way better show than the XF , yiu never know, maybe it will happen one day

Well that was a lovely service on Sunday, however it was very cold as the church has no heating or electricity so it was by candlelight.

Glad it was held in the afternoon and not in the evening otherwise I would still be shivering now...

All well?

All well here thank you :)

This drone chaos at Gatwick is mental isn't it?

All those poor people stranded.
