Yes! We went inside Schonbrunn. Have you been there Flatcap?

 

 

Very beautiful inside -all white and gold- and the gardens are amazing too - even in February.

 

I really did enjoy Vienna - wished we could have stayed longer.

My brother & his wife went to an opera when they visited there years ago, I remember they saying they had to get all dressed up & that it was a fab experience , I cannot remember the name of the place :unsure:

There were a lot of tickets going for operas there but it's not our thing.

 

We were more at home in Flanagans watching the rugby :mellow: :lol: :rofl:

Did you get a chance to have a good walk around , I love doing that when I go to a city , usually find some lovely spots that way

Vienna is a beautiful city, I really enjoyed visiting it when I went. It sounds like you had a good time there too :)

Yes we walked loads. The city centre is all within a ring road and it's not massive.

I watched the first hour of the Brits - Hugh Jackman and George Ezra were good.

 

Jack Whitehall was woeful . I don't know why these presenters always look so wooden at these big events. You could hear a pin drop at his "jokes".

 

I got bored and switched off.

 

I want to see Pink's performance though. I like her. I'll watch her on catch up.

Watching on the TV from home - He walked on the stage and I shrugged. He walked off the stage and I was "wow". He brought that place to life that night.
