Mr Stanley did cross my mind today during the match Laura, that result was unexpected

It seems that England rugby are exactly like England football.

We get a good lead and then for whatever reason - we let it go.

It's like we become complacent whereas the other teams keep on fighting for their win and eventually they overtake us and take the match.

More beautiful weather here today. So good for the soul. :yahoo:

Yes! We went inside Schonbrunn. Have you been there Flatcap?

Very beautiful inside -all white and gold- and the gardens are amazing too - even in February.

I really did enjoy Vienna - wished we could have stayed longer.

Sadly not, I have been watching a documentary on the Habsburg family who ruled the Austro-Hungarian Empire and actually lived in those palaces.

Glad you had a good time.

Their Empire went as far south as Spain - I had no idea.

RIP to the legend Keith Flint of The Prodigy ..

Helloooooooo.....

I will be travelling in the UK in the next couple of days so not sure of success to the Internet

Safe travels Tess, not sure how long you're travelling in the UK or where. Hopefully avoid Storm Gareth.

Doing an extra day at work tomorrow.

Another pointless "Meaningful" vote for Brexit tonight.

Another loss for the Govt.

Vote on No Deal tomorrow. If passed, vote on extending the deadline on Thursday.

I wouldn't even like to guess what will happen next but it sounds like Boris Johnson is gearing up for a leadership challenge.

Boris, as in Boris 'the spider' Johnson??

So ... extension of Brexit deadline.... in my humble opinion & because I am sick of all the carry on I think the EU should say no to a delay & force the members of the HOC to make a decision . It's a bit of a joke at this stage . At the end of the day there was a referendum , the people voted & the Gov have a duty to carry out their wishes . it reminds me of years back here when on two occasion we had to go & vote again on EU referendums because the Gov of the day did not like the first result, what is democratic about that .

There s all this stupid talk about that Theresa May should resign but who wants the job while all this stuff is going on, Boris J only peeps around the corner every now & then & is terrified he might be asked to take the job, Jermeny Corbyn must have ants in his pants from jumping on & off the fence ...

This is hilarious  , poor David Beckham

I prefer to call him Boris "the knob" Johnson

Even when he's mad - he's still a gentleman

There's that many votes going on - I'm losing track of what amendments they're voting on.

So "no deal" is out the window for now as is a second referendum but if there is an extension, then both these options can be voted on again?

Is that correct?

It seems an extension to 30th June is on the cards now. Three more months of blah blahing :banghead:

Oh my goodness - I've just read that Louis Tomlinson has lost his sister at just 18 years of age. From a suspected heart attack.

How absolutely tragic. What a waste of a young life.

That poor family.
