Is Iceland about to experience its biggest volcanic eruption yet

There have been over 500 earthquakes in Iceland in the last four days, leading experts to believe that a volcanic eruption could be imminent.

A series of 40 small earthquakes occurred just North East of Mount Fagradalsfjall two days ago, with the final one felt in Reykjavik, measuring at almost 4 on the Richter scale.

We read this. Iceland is amazing. We went there three winters ago. It's brilliant. It was too cloudy to see the Northern Lights unfortunately. I want to go back in the summer one time soon. My wish list of holiday destinations is growing ever longer..... Added Alaska to it tonight after watching Alaska Live. B-)

Anyone else have a holiday wish list?

I have a shorter holiday wish list.....France, as I have relatives living there, Ireland and Scotland, for the sights and food....

I would dearly love to visit Cuba one day , sooner rather than later , they say McDonalds have got permission to open there soon & that will be the end of the cultural experience that you get there at the minute. I knbow someone who is going there next May, it's what I call the trip of a lifetime

Right now it costs over 3K for a holiday to Cuba , you could do it on the cheap I suppose but you would still probably end up spending a couple of grand
