YESSSS! My 12 wins again :cheer: I'm so glad it grew on me so much! Not TOO disheartened with another bottom five finish seeing as it wasn't last and that it actually had a decent score in the end with the last few voters (thanks for all of the points!).

Never expected vaults to win when I first heard it (in fact I can add it to that huge pile of disregarded songs I find on blogs that end up doing well here) but so happy it happened out of those two! And a top 10 for glasser yayyyyy

Congrats Dandy! Probably the best top 5 of the year, don't dislike a single one of them.

 

Extremely pleased with 13th after all those dreadful odds and bottom 7 predictions. :cheer: Higher than the projections from the semi too.

The semi-finals are VERY different to the final. Seyetana dropping to 19th, Ramrynia finishing 10th in the semi? :o

19th is a great result though (given the year I've had) so cheers for the points and I'll move on with it (:cry:)

Haha, David was clearly aware of our assumptions there! :P BUT I'm more happy with that winner as Some of Us just didn't really click with me and Cry No More was one of my favourites there so yay for that! Congrats on your win D* (I feel like I've posted that sentence about a thousand times across the duration of my time taking part in song contests :D)

 

Some fairly surprising results in the semi, what on EARTH happened to Seyetana (and Ramrynia in a different way) in the final?! :o

 

Most of my favourites did fairly well so I'm happy with the final in general, sad to see Caerfyrddia last though :(

Also 6th place and one point less than korallreven wot. Really would not have been a worthy winner.

You're all welcome, I'm glad you all seemed to enjoy it and feel the tension! Huge congrats to Dandy*, I was blessed to have a 1 point gap in the end. I've had a blast but I'm also glad it's over now, this weekend has been exhausting!

RIGHT THEN... I feel I should mention that I actually can't host the next one of these so I'll have to abdicate my hosting (going on holiday on Wednesday for 10 days and then, as my recent attempt at Unknown Pleasures hosting shows, I really cannot commit to having time to do this when I get back)...

 

Do you want to host the next one Ryan? (feel kinda bad as it would be your second one in this situation)
