After 4 weeks in the top 5, Reflektor inches up and gives Arcade Fire their first #1 on my chart, probably been ages since there's been anything so gloriously alternative there so enjoy it while it lasts. Hunger Games songs continue to prove their work as following Atlas' #2 last month, Elastic Heart is the highest debut of the week at #3. Not too many new entries otherwise.
