Click the little box with the green arrow and plus, and it'll ask you to paste the link of the MP3. Then name it what you want and viola (;)).

zippyshare.com -> 'browse' -> select your file -> 'upload' -> copy the link when it's uploaded -> paste the link into the PM to Seven.

I don't mind, I have kinda lost the plot with my English lately. Need to go on holidays for a month to the UK to fix that.

Sendspace decided to stop working for me so I've switched to Zippyshare. I only use these sites to upload my entries though. mp3s are evil.
