November 27, 201311 yr City Games should be on the album, replacing I feel for you and Someday (two of the most hated songs amongst fans as far as I am aware)

Not one of my instant faves from the album, it was nice enough. It wasn't until she did it on tour that I really grew to love this track. Really personal and touching lyrics and a great production, it's nice to have an uplifting track like this on the album. IO(DOY) is another track from the Enjoy Yourself album and a damn good one too. Certainly one of the best of the album singles included. Kylie has performed this in part, in a couple of medlys which is nice to see, she tends to skip over so many amazing songs on tour. Jump is yet another Impossible Princess album track, this time a mid tempo track. Another one I never used to like that much, but it grew on me, was great to hear it used on the White Diamond documentary.
December 8, 201311 yr So how's the countdown going? I like Jump. It's one of my favourite from the IP album.

Closer I guess the fact that CB is so low shows how GOOD Kylie can be, this could easily be Top 10. Album track from Aphrodite and one that I loved instantly. Pretty different to the other ones and a natural sister to B-side Cherry Bomb in terms of sound. The "sky rocket to Mars, straight through to your heart" hook is Kyliegasmic. Baby was a b-side to Love At First and fits kinda inbetween the sound of Light Years and Fever IMO. Camp but with a more sleek sound to it. Totally catchy and one that I admit took a while to grow on me, as with alot of the Fever era. Closer is another Aphrodite track and another one with a slightly different sound to your typical Kylie song. I don't know why, but it reminds me a bit of Isaac by Madonna, the Stuart Price connection helps. Closer ends too soon IMO, I think t could easily be another minute or two longer and not lose any of its edge, it has that quality to it. Both this and CB were superb when done on Les Folies, Kylie did a great job with Closer. Edited December 23, 201311 yr by Regina

Bittersweet Goodbye is THE ballad of the Light Years album, well it's really the only one there, so it's not hard. A very touching and emotional song with some very fragile vocals and heartwrenching lyrics. Kylie sounds beyond amazing on this and it was a firm fave right from my first play of the album. I Am The One For You was a left over track from Rhythm of Love but it made it to the Shocked single as a b-side. Typical PWL era Kylie song and it really deserved a spot on the album as it is very infectious. The uptemponess kicks off from the very beginning and never dips as the song progresses.

Time Will Pass You By First song to kick off the top 20 is an album track from KM94 and at one point, a potential single from it. Although that never came to pass. A very camp dance number produced by the M People who were at the time label mates with Kylie. Most of the album is pretty serious and so this was a nice change to end the album on. Featuring some very good vocals from Mini, it's a real gem of a song and one of her best Decon songs.

Sensitized "can't deny how hot i'm feeling, if my body could fly I'd hit the ceiling" How any sane person would react to a shirtless Lee Pace. Filth. Utter filth, and I love it. Slutlie is in full swing for this X album track. A demo of this leaked in 2006 and wasn't too different to the album version, there was just less "woops" in it, which is a shame, because I love them. A really great song when done live and boy was it good on the X tour, lush. So many tracks on X would have made interesting singles, maybe not hits, but interesting to see how the public would react. A vidoe would have been all sorts of softcore porn-ish.

Body Language album track, well, it was apparantly a promo single of sorts in Taiwan, but, whatever. One of the stronger tracks on the album IMO, it shows a nice new-ish side to Kylie, rap. She's had fetured rappers before, but Kylie slays them with her little raps in this song. Amazing. This could have been a reasonable hit if released, and Kylie needs to rap more in the future. A rap off with Pitbull please, yes.
January 5, 201411 yr Going back a bit... 'Cupid Boy' is one of my favourites from Aphrodite, in fact I'm yet to find someone who doesn't think the same. I like 'Closer' although I always thought it was slightly overrated by people here. It is quite different to the other tracks on Aphrodite which I'm guessing is one reason why it's so liked. 'Sensitized' is good however not a highlight for me.

B.P.M or Beats Per Minute is further proof that Kylie should have done a whole album around 200-5 rather than the GH, even though it was a massive success. This is a very infectious daceny track and is certainly one of her best b-sides. A perfect song to go with IBIY. She sounded amazing when she did this song on Anti-Tour, go find videos, as your AF mod, I demand it.
