Mel B on the set of Desperate Housewives is what makes the video.

It's more what she's DOING on the set that makes it amazing.

As stunning as Mel B looks from 0:55-1:50 of that video, the song is HIDEOUS.

Was never really fussed on Ke$ha's 'Die Young' - it was all about 'C'mon' for me  - but Little Mix's 'How Ya Doin'' was fab, I loved the R&B sound and I seem to remember Missy Elliot's input actually working!

The song is a real guilty pleasure for me, I can't help loving it.

Die Young is her best single IMO, I love Crazy Kids though, that's actually still to come, so Die Young is the second out of three to appear. :P C'mon was good but never really clicked properly with me, of all her singles to have missed the top 40 from this era, I'm glad it was that over the other two.

No. Desperate Housewives set >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mel B's shitty song

'You Set Me Free' is stunning. Angie would have been a great American Idol and I regret not voting for her.

51. Amelia Lily - Party Over - 22-31-X-10-3-8-14-20-24-39-X (9 non-consecutive weeks)

52. Ke$ha - Crazy Kids (feat. will.i.am) - 10-15-12-19-26-31-36-X (7 weeks)

53. P!nk - True Love (feat. Lily Allen) - 1-2-3-4-7-8-14-23-32-37-X (10 weeks)

54. Lauren Aquilina - Sinners - 14-16-9-6-9-14-21-34-X (8 weeks)

55. Fuse ODG - Antenna - 10-13-23-28-35-39-X (6 weeks)

56. Houseshaker - Light the Sky (feat. Amanda Blush) - 23-8-13-14-15-18-23-28-X (8 weeks)

57. Avril Lavigne - Here's To Never Growing Up - 6-11-19-25-32-X-38-21-31 (8 non-consecutive weeks)

58. One Direction - Story of My Life - 1-1-3-8-5- (5 weeks so far)

59. Lady Gaga - Applause - 3-4-6-8-11-18-24-30-38-38-X (10 weeks)

60. Katy Perry - Unconditionally - 2-2-7-11-18- (5 weeks so far)

Katy Perry quickly makes her second and final appearance with current single Unconditionally, which personally is one of the best Katy songs. Lady Gaga beats her (:)) with amazing comeback single Applause, and both are slayed by One Direction. Who isn't these days? Avril Lavigne's recent top 15 hit is next, the first of two entries in the top 60 for her. Two BJSC entries of mine are in this section, with DJ duo Houseshaker's song Light the Sky, featuring vocals from Amanda Blush being at #56, with the absolutely GORGEOUS Sinners by Lauren Aquilina being at #54. The song is partially about a gay couple she knows, who have to keep their relationship a secret. Adds a lot more depth to the song IMO. In between them, IT'S FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSE with his JAM Antenna. Lily Allen makes her first appearance in my Y/E chart, with two more songs still to come. She features here on P!nk's song True Love, her first #1 in this chart. Lily currently has the joint second most songs charting in the top 2 this year, with three songs making it there. She ties with One Direction (who have had three #1s), and Cody Simpson is in first place (three #1s and a #2). Queen$ha now makes her actual last appearance, with will.i.am's third song out of five to show up. Finally, poor floppy Amelia Lily just misses out on the top 50 with Party Over. Not too far off her official chart peak tbf.

SONG OF CHOICE

Lauren Aquilina - Sinners

NO to Lily. NO NO NO.

Party Over, her weakest single, but still a great song.

46. Lucie Silvas - Saved - 9-6-9-16-24-23-28-40-35-X (9 weeks)

47. Ulrik Munther - Crash Test Dummy - 30-X (1 week)

48. Luke Friend - Commitments - 35-14-19-9-13-16-19-24-27-34-X (10 weeks)

49. Alicia Keys - Girl On Fire - 16-8-14-10-15-9-7-6-5-11-17-27-35-X (13 weeks)

50. Selena Gomez - Come & Get It - 32-5-3-6-11-19-30-X (7 weeks)

Slowing down the pace a bit now as we enter the top 50, with former Disney girl and ex-boyfriend of Bieber Selena Gomez kicking things off with her best song Come & Get It. It took quite a while to click properly with me, as initially it sounded very bland and nothingy. Absolutely love it now though. Alicia Keys is next with Girl On FIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH. Luke Friend follows, my favourite X Factor contestant since One Direction, with his original song Commitments from before the show was on. I strongly recommend listening to this, it's very similar to what he does on the show and I can't wait for an album one day. Ulrik Munther makes his first appearance, and I can exclusively announce that he has SIX songs in the top 50. Crash Test Dummy is an album track from Rooftop, and is one of his best songs, would make a very good single choice for him and could actually do well in the UK if they BOTHERED to give him a push. Finally, Lucie Silvas rounds the section off with a song I shouldn't really be talking about. So I'll leave it there. It's her highest entry of the year though, after topping last year's chart.

omg can I say firstly, that GIF is LIFE. And yes, we're getting into the BUSINESS end right now  So so so many good songs, could've easily had my whole top ~24 in the top 10.

50. *.* g'won Selena

51. All three of her singles are so good, I really wanna hear the album. :(

52. Warrior is so underrated by me, I LOVE it when I hear it though, so much better than Animal/Cannibal.

53. OMG I FORGOT TO POST IT. Here it is x

60. uncondiTIONally is perfect pronunciation tbh x

Underrated by everyone, Jseoph :(

I know i mention it a lot but it's the PERFECT pop album (yes probably better than 'ARTPOP' & 'Born This Way' for me but don't tell anyone i said that!). Only two tracks i'd think of skipping and even then i groove to them. My only issue is the single choices/videos/look of the era, she almost gave it all up before it even began. Still the most undeserved flop ever though for the music :/ UGH UGH UGH

She should have released Supernatural :) xox

I think she had good momentum going with Die Young, but C'mon just didn't seem to click with the public. I think she may have got better support had she released Crazy Kids feat. will right after Die Young, maybe?

THE TOP 200: #41-45

41. Michael Schulte - Jump Before We Fall - 2-1-1-4-4-6-12-15-22-29-35-X (11 weeks)

42. The Saturdays - Disco Love - 1-1-2-2-8-9-7-4-7-16-20-24-38-X (13 weeks)

43. will.i.am - Scream & Shout (feat. Britney Spears) - 20-9-9-11-15-18-25-31-X-26-30-37 (11 non-consecutive weeks)

44. Devlin - Rewind (feat. Diane Birch) - 1-2-4-4-6-9-14-26-X (8 weeks)

45. Avril Lavigne - Rock N Roll - 2-4-7-14-21-25-28-38-40-X (9 weeks)

Into the top 45 and we have Silver Rocket's favourite song of the year. I'm sure everyone knows it as he's posted it at least 50 times around the forum. Poor Avril Lavigne missed the top 40 with the best song from her recent self-titled album. :( It's an amazing song and got me fully back on board with her after two of the Goodbye Lullaby singles being disappointing (Smile and Wish You Were Here, sorry Jonjo). Alyssa Reid and the Jump Smokers Devlin and Diane Birch are next with their Alone Again soundalike. The song was based around Diane's song Rewind, from her debut album Bible Belt, with Diane still singing the bridge and chorus with added raps from Devlin. Next we BRING THE ACTION http://cs421030.vk.me/v421030344/4f34/Gf5UrHHy0Rc.jpg with will.i.am and Britney Bitch. This was a real grower as initially I found that it didn't go anywhere and was just a bit naff, but it's an absolute jam now. The Saturdays follow with their first of two songs in the top 50. Disco Love is one of the best songs on their recent album, and did pretty well in the charts by their standards. Finally, we have my own single Michael Schulte's Jump Before We Fall, which was released in 2012 but I didn't discover it until this year so I've let it in. One of my three BJSC flops this year (Cody promoted after coming 5th in the Rejects *.*), the song still topped my own chart and it's so underrated IMO. Also he has cool hair :)

SONGS OF CHOICE

Michael Schulte - Jump Before We Fall

Good to see Rock N Roll here, probably one of the most underrated songs of the year :( So gutted to see it flop pretty much EVERYWHERE.

It is really underrated. :( If she released that during one of her first three eras, it would've been massive. What a shame that radios won't touch her with a bargepole nowadays.

Disco Love / Rock & Roll :D Brilliant tracks!!
That's a decent chart run for Alicia's 'Girl On Fire'; personally I love the song but I can definitely see why people would loath it. Have you heard P!nk's Live Lounge cover? Worth a listen, one of my favourite live lounges!

36. Lily Allen - Somewhere Only We Know - 2-2- (2 weeks so far)

37. Britt Nicole - Gold - 18-9-11-12-19-36-35-13-12-10-11-13-18-30-36-X (15 weeks)

38. Ciara - I'm Out (feat. Nicki Minaj) - 5-10-14-12-15-17-19-26-31-40-X (10 weeks)

39. Cody Simpson - Summertime of Our Lives - 2-2-6-8-8-11-15-17-23-31-38-X (11 weeks)

40. Taylor Swift - I Knew You Were Trouble. - 3-5-8-14-17-21-26-8-8-9-3-4-7-10-16-24-26-32-37-27-32-39-X (22 weeks)

Taylor Swift opens this section with smash hit I Knew You Were Trouble. (full stop is necessary), which entered my Y/E chart last year in the top 30 after being released as a promotional single. I loved it significantly this year due to its single release so it's eligible now. Cody Simpson's next with the first of his four entries in the top 40 (he had three last year in the top 50 but none made the top 10, will his luck change this year?), a song that could've been #1 had it been released a week earlier. Damn Delta Goodrem (still to come). Ciara is in at #38 with I'm Out, a collaboration with Nicki Minaj. Initially I didn't like the song at all and found Nicki's rap VERY offputting with the massive amount of swear words in it (normally I don't mind them at all but there's a LINE), but it's grown on me a LOT. My top 20 BJSC smash Gold by Britt Nicole is at #37. Gold was my most successful entry by that point (#18) but has since been bettered by tyDi (#4) and Houseshaker (#12). tyDi is still to come. Finally, Lily Allen makes her next appearance with what currently has the highest amount of weeks at #2 without making #1, her John Lewis advert cover of Somewhere Only We Know. It's spent four weeks there to date (only two are shown due to the cut-off point of week 101), being held off by her own song Hard Out Here (still to come).

Ooh I haven't! :o I'll have to take a listen, can imagine it being very good. P!nk never disappoints.
