Poor old Amelia, You Bring Me Joy gave the impression that great things were in store for her. Sadly, things went to pot. However, Shut Up is my personal fave of her three singles
and I love all 3. I really hope she gets to release her album cause everything sounds amazing from it.
Laura Pausini roped in Kylie for the multi language Limpido (Italian and English) and Limpio (Spanish) The songs wore off fairly fast, but Kylie sounds so good on them and hearing
her sing in foreign languages is always nice to hear.
Cher + stand-dancing + newspaper = CLASSIC VIDEO. However the GG version is much better. WW leaked ageeees ago and it never seemed like it would ever be released.
It did, and the following album is a masterpiece. Generic song, but it CHER guys.

'Limpido' got really boring very quick :( Yay 4 Amelia Floppy tho :cheer:

Of what i can remember from your chart his year i'd LOVE that Dido/Kendrick collab to sneak in more than anything!

Limpido is amaze and I will hear no different.

It may be generic but boy is 'Woman's World' catchy as fuck. Approaching 70 and Cher is still responsible for two of my favourite tracks of the year! :wub: 'Limpido' took me a while to get into but I do like it now, and 'Shut Up' is easily my favourite from Amelia.

Hausage babe, you'll be happy on one point and saddened by another judging by your post :(

Two very good songs from two very good artists. Delta went all summery dancey with this song, and I was addicted. Still am, but to a lesser extent. I pray for more songs

like this from her. US version is a tad better than the normal version, I need to get me an mp3 of it.

Kelly goes Country, and boy does she do a good job. Still veyr much a Kelly C song but with a new edge to it. A really great song, gives me good thoughts for the upcoming

Country album which is apparantly to follow.

20 | Stereophonics – Graffiti On The Train [5-11-15-17-12-4-4-4-6-8-12-16-17-24-29-33-36-30-30-33-34-40-xx] 22 Weeks

First appearence of Stereophonics in this singles countdown, but is it their last? Time will tell.
Third (if we count In A Moment) single from the album of the same name, and one of the best songs from it. I loved it on first listen and was glad to see it get a release.
A really moving ballad that shows off lead singer Kelly Jones' voice pretty well I think. Great video too.

Tie It Up is AMAZING (of course as it's Kelly, but still), if her whole country album is like I will be very happy :wub:

19 | Anne Hathaway – I Dreamed A Dream [1-1-3-5-4-5-7-7-8-11-13-14-18-19-17-19-20-22-24-26-34-36-39-xx] 23 Weeks

While not strictly a single, it helped promote the movie and it charted, so there. It counts.
Anne is a lush actress and a fab singer, by far the best rendition of this song and fully deserving of that Oscar.
You don't need to see the film to be able to pick up on the emotion that she is feeling as she sings this, it pours out of her and she can
sure hold a note or two.

'I Dreamed A Dream' is stunning :wub: Still need to watch the film tho oops

Tarja #1 album *.* mind you I know her music is rather good as I'm aware of the artist as she has done work with Within Temptation one of my favourite rock scandinavian bands. I had Lawson on the brain as your #1 album of the year, thank god it missed.

Ah Avril, poor floppy Avril. HTNGU is one of the best things she has ever done, sadly it was a bit of a flop. Not heard the album in full, but the songs I already did hear are
all really good. This single is pretty Avril by numbers but a bit different to her other stuff. Really great to blast in the car with the windows rolled down. You can't help but
sing out that chorus...at the top of your lungs lololololol.

17 | Sara Evans – Slow Me Down [26-] *Still Charting*

Go gurl. This has actually gone onto get to my Top 10 and keeps climbing, future #1? Maybe. Not as good as Faith Hill or Shania Twain, but Sara is still one of
my fave Country gals and she has some incredible songs, this being the newest addition. Really awesome video too, lovely dress I think we'll all agree.

Have only heard Avril in your top 20 and got bored of it quite quickly anyway :(

Whoops. 2 years ago Matt would have been a dead cert for my #1, now, he can't even get Top 10. Not that the music isn't good, I just grew to love other artists during the
time when he though The Fire was a good album, it wasn't, well, most of it. LY is still a tune and a half and right up there with his best though, but 2013 brought alot of amazing
songs and this sadly got overhadowed, still, 5 weeks at #1 and Porcelain is still a solid album.

'Loving You' is my favourite single from Matt. Excellent! :wub: Was surprised when it entered at #14, especially since 'It's Only Love' criminally went uncharted.
