I suppose Sam Bailey might make it vaguely bearable on the ears, since she actually has the vocal ability to sing it, however it is still a horrifying prospect to have this unbridled excrement as the Christmas No1. :manson:

Those who dislike the song are clinging onto the desperate assumption that Sam will sing it better, and those who do like the song subscribe to the view that Demi's emotion is what makes the song what it is and it'll just be a dull straight cover.
