FINALLY got round to watching this. Fantastic, completely lives up to the hype and the soundtrack is flawless. The songs make so much more sense after seeing them in the context of the film. The plot narrative definitely wasn't as predictable as I'd expected either!

I've watched it at least 10 times now and I'm ready to declare it ALMOST AS GOOD AS HERCULES. Whether it's still as good 17 years from now remains to be seen, but that's like a super super high mark for it to reach anyway for me.

You're right gooddelta, the songs fit perfectly in the context of the film. I completely understand why people genuinely don't like them if they haven't seen the movie as they just don't make any kind of sense. For example, Do You Want To Build A Snowman is utterly heartbreaking in the movie, but I'd imagine it sounds silly and naff if you haven't seen Frozen.

Let It Go remains an absolute monster of a song for me. That's just solid gold Disney magic right there.

Late to the party but I've just now seen this. Tis pretty good.

Never seen this.

Is it recommended?

Back up to the quality of old Disney classics?

Is it also made by Pixar arm or by Disney?

Also in the 'I've finally seen this' club, this was brilliant, definitely the best Disney's offered us in a long time (excluding Pixar and even then they've not offered something as great as this in a while). Did a really good job of making what seems like a familiar story and characters actually stand out and be memorable.

Really loved the twist at the end as well, really clever and a great message too. It's really put them back on the map, if they keep doing films of this standard, it could be the start of a long-awaited second Disney renaissance.

Also I watched for the 7th time yesterday, still as amazing as ever :cheer:

Disney have definitely been on a bit of a roll of late with Wreck It Ralph and this. I hope they can continue the trend with this years offering.

What is the next one, do we know?

'Wreck-It Ralph' is fantastic. Wasn't completely sold on 'Tangled' personally (wasn't bad, but just average) but this and WIR are already amongst my favourite Disney films ever.

It's a Marvel animation actually, so a lot different to 'Frozen'! It's called 'Big Hero 6' about a 'young robotics prodigy' and his robot pulling together a group of inexperienced crime-fighters.
Yeah, the premise sounds a bit less good on the surface, BUT with Marvel being involved then it has potential to be great. They've been on such a great run of form recently.

Oh yes! I am aware of 'Big Hero 6' actually. The trailer looks brilliant, but I was thinking more just plain Disney :P
