Just been looking around for some 1D related news, and found this article from Australian Men's Health in June where Liam says that in 1D he was drunk a lot of the time while on stage. :o

 

‘When you’re doing hundreds and hundreds of [concerts]and it’s the same 22 songs at the same time every single day, even if you’re not happy, you’ve got to go out there,’ he said.

 

‘It’s almost like putting the Disney costume on before you step up on stage and underneath the Disney costume I was p***ed quite a lot of the time because there was no other way to get your head around what was going on.’

 

Speaking to Australian Men’s Health magazine, he added: ‘I mean it was fun. ‘We had an absolute blast but there were certain parts of it where it just got a little bit toxic, it’s difficult when you have the level of fame that we had in the band.’

I do wonder why people want to be famous. Those who make it big time are always saying that it was a real struggle or having breakdowns. It’s either just the thing to say or it’s a really horrid thing!

unprofessionalism as it's finest... yeah its the same 22 songs; but its the same 22 songs that pay you're bills... so suck it up and lap it up. it's paying for that lovely house you live in.
