Well hey! Best of luck with Shut Up And Dance, no hard feelings at all obviously and you'll have big points coming from me if the semi lists stay the same!

I was pretty shocked to see someone else confirm it so I bet you had the same reaction

Sorry about that! Indeed, it's been in my chart for a few weeks, I didn't realise anybody else would be after it (or even know it )

Hope you do well with your replacement!

Yay for 1989 at the top on the albums. It's my favourite album this year and will smash the OW for albums in my chart this week. What is your favourite song from the album?

Also thinking out loud is great and you ruin me remains perfect and beautiful. I really think and hope it can go top 5 officially [i can realistically only see Cheryl, Ed, Taylor, Meghan and possible release of John Lewis Ad song being infront of it].

Very much here for Cassiopeia.

(and Tove Styrke too, more obviously)

I Know Places, Style and Out Of The Woods are my three initial favourites I think! Her previous four albums all peaked at #2 for me weirdly.

I'm not sure about You Ruin Me, it should get off to a good start I guess and go top 10-15 but with only Heart support who knows how well it will hold up. Would love it to be massive and pick up some steam though!

It's REALLY gorgeous. I'm not usually into songs that long but I somehow wish this track was even longer!

Tove's song is such an earworm, the verses and chorus are both fantastic.

Oops, I had thought we were in the same semi but was wrong. I just saw Walk The Moon in semi 2 and assumed it was me

I'm starting to learn that big supporters of a song seem to land in the opposite semi all too often :drama:

Thanks :D You Ruin Me is definitely one of my songs of the year  I've always been a fan of Tom, glad to see him picked for this advert! Out Of The Woods continues to grow on me, a definite album highlight of a very strong album! I know what you mean about the Live Lounge albums, they get less interesting as each year passes for some reason.

It's beautiful isn't it, definitely on par with the Lily song from last year for me (which also peaked at #2).

1D's album is strong, although I'm not sure I love it as much as the previous two albums. No Control is my favourite track so far, along with Fireproof which I still really like.

Somewhere Only We Know also peaked at #2 in my chart, but only because Hard Out Here held it off  Real Love was an easy #1, as anything new Tom did would've been really. Another Love only made #3 for me and it still seems a bit odd, even if it made sense at the time!

I think FOUR is 1D's second best album at least :o Vastly prefer it to Midnight Memories which was still great but not quite up to the standard of the other two. No Control is excellent though, definitely a favourite of mine, along with Girl Almighty. Night Changes is definitely my current fave though, such a huge grower!

Another Love only got to #10 for me but his album was #1 for three weeks and top 10 in my EOY chart, so I guess I can feasibly lay claim to being his second biggest fan on BJ

Take Me Home will probably always be my favourite, tune after tune. I'll perhaps need to relisten to FOUR again, Night Changes hasn't clicked with me so far but I've only heard it twice.

Long Way Down spent about 30 weeks in my top 5, a record :kink: Although it had to settle for 2nd in my EOY last year, behind Ulrik's Rooftop album (which I still stand by tbf). I never thought I'd end up stanning for him so much

Take Me Home really is brilliant, no duds on the standard edition at all for me (the deluxe tracks are best left forgotten). Night Changes took a good few listens before I was sold on it, I wasn't that keen at all at first, so I'd say give it a little while!

That's certainly a very impressive run, Sheppard could go the same way for me at this rate

I agree, at one point in late 2012 I think they had 5 or 6 simultaneous top 20 hits in my singles chart from that album! I shall persist then!

That James Blunt cover is stunning

I agree! Better than anything else on that album (although I like a good 15-20 songs on it).

Hey Rich :D

Singles

1. The Veronicas - You Ruin Me (1) (CR-9-4-1-1-1-2-2-2-1-1-1) As I said on Facebook, incredible run in the top 2 there :o Stunning song though!

2. Take That - These Days (6) (CR-2-3-3-4-5-6-2) actually not a bad song, better than Patience & GD for me!

3. Walk The Moon - Shut Up And Dance (4) (CR-6-3-4-4-1-2-4-3) currently swimming in my top 75. I'm yet to properly get into this though!

4. Tom Odell - Real Love (2) (CR-4-2-4) gorgeous song, shame it's not doing as well as previous John Lewis tracks!

5. Martin Tungevaag - Wicked Wonderland (9) (CR-9-5) not a bad dance track tbh, do you think it'll do anything next year?

6. Taylor Swift - Out Of The Woods (5) (CR-10-5-6)

8. Band Aid 30 - Do They Know It's Christmas? (2014) (NEW) (CR-8)

10. James Blunt - I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues (NEW) (CR-10) not heard this but I presume it must be good lol

9. Ed Sheeran - x (7) (CR-1-1-1-1-2-2-2-3-3-2-2-4-4-6-7-8-8-6-7-9-8-7-9)

Great chart as always, The Veronicas album is pleasantly brilliant! Never thought I'd turn into a fully fledged fan of theirs haha! :P
