My new chart for week beginning 13/1/14, featuring new entries from Sub Focus, Sam Smith, Marble Sounds and Angel Haze & Sia as well as a re-entry from Vance Joy. Ellie Goulding, Cash Cash feat Bebe Rexha, Public Service Broadcasting and Clean Bandit feat Jess Glynne all aim to push Pitbull and Ke$ha off the top spot, but can they get a third week with Timber?

Love your #2, would have been great if the track was released today and with will.i.am out of the equation missed opportunity there, it would have had a clear shot of reaching #1 in the official chart, hoping they can bag it next week with some pressure from the Vamps.

 

Nice new entry from Sub Focus, their single releases have always been spot on.

Plus new No.1's on both charts, who can knock Pitbull from his perch? Not much happening in the dry album chart but somebody begins yet another stint at No.1!

Thanks Martin! Shakira/Rihanna would have climbed to #1 anyway but the video isn't displeasing to look at :lol: Team is indeed a real grower! Cut Your Teeth is Kyla's best yet for me.

1. Shakira feat Rihanna - Can't Remember To Forget You (2) (CR-2-2-1) Not really suprised after the video premier :kink: the song is real grower but still a tiny let down to what my expectations wanted. Their voices do blend though I must say ;)

3. Clean Bandit feat Jess Glynne - Rather Be (1) (CR-8-5-5-4-2-1-1-3) Possibly the most freshest track this year and I don't think I'm gonna get bored of this for a while. So refreshing :wub: The possibility of managing 3 weeks at no.1 is definitely deserved too.

4. Katy B - Crying For No Reason (11) (CR-11-4) Glad your catching on too. Before this I didn't rate Katy's singles or her as an artist but this has certainly made me take notice of her. LOVE IT!

6. Kylie Minogue - Into The Blue (5) (CR-9-5-6) I'm hoping this is just a slow burner as the video is due to premier tommorow (later today now as it's gone midnight :P) Defo an excellent return from goddess Kylie :wub:

7. A Great Big World feat Christina Aguilera - Say Something (8) (CR-13-9-7-8-13-16-8-7) This is going to blow up later in the month. How typical that Christina's only massive when featured on a duet instead of her solo material.

8. Neon Jungle - Braveheart (14) (CR-14-8) This is growing. Still thinking it's not that fantastic but it's not awful. Somewhere in the middle I think.

9. Vance Joy - Riptide (4) (CR-18-18-15-10-11-14-13-OUT-11-5-4-9) Another grower, really liking the feel to this track. I'm pleased it hasn't outperformed Let Her Go as that's still much better.
