Some members thought that "Loved Me Back To Life" was a hit because of its peak (#14)..60.000 copies doesn't make a hit..Her album sales are great though!!! Eliza Doolittle had the most disappointed sales for me. Her debut album was very successful but her second album failed so hard.."Still Into You" was so close.. :o

Looking at her recent output, LMBTL was a reasonable hit by her standards.

Love seeing Pink in that EOY top ten. She's never finished there in the singles before. I went off JGMAR a bit in the Summer thanks to overplay but I've listened to it a lot recently and it's a truly fantastic song. Great to see her hold on to a place in the albums top 20 too!
I never would have guessed Rudimental would have a HIGHER year-end position with Waiting All Night (#12) than they had last year with Feel The Love (#16)!!

'Feel The Love' remained a constant in the chart for about the first 75% of 2013 though - 'Waiting All Night' dropped out of the top 100 a couple of months before the end of 2013, it has re-entered this week thanks to Jools Holland but I don't quite see it sticking around in 2014 in the same way!

That is surprising actually! :o

On the subject of Rudimental, I hope Right Here has sold enough to make the year-end top 200.

Not sure if it's been noted already but 2012's X Factor winner's single has finished 42 places higher than 2013's counterpart. And Impossible's 2013 figure only takes into account about 30% of its total. I think this is fairly demonstrative that X Factor can't give any song to its winner, have it hammered on radio and expect huge success and crossover appeal to follow. Hopefully 2014's single will involve more effort and creativity (doubt it though).

It fell ~8k short of the Y/E T200.

How does Exile's sales compare to Happiness's sales? I know that will be more as it's been around longer. I'm just curious.

Thanks.

You need to ask this in Vidcapper's most recent thread. Actually now that we have a top 200 thread this will be closed.
