I'm with Aly on this. 'Beautiful Liar' (both the original and Remix) were only ever good for a couple of weeks. This looked to be going the same way for me, but the video has really helped me love the song so much more! :wub:

The original version of 'Beautiful Liar' is a turgid mess, completely unlistenable. The remix is good on a night out though.

The original of Beautiful Liar is BRILLIANT, never have understood some of the hate it gets here. Much prefer it to the remix also.

Beautiful Liar is much better than this although I've grown to like this song now .

I honestly think this song is the same situation as that thing a week or two back when some fans of a boyband confused the song of someone else with them, saying they love it, etc.

 

This song is awful. People only like it because of the names attached. Rihanna tries her best to make it listenable, but it makes no sense and is just terrible.

 

Beautiful Liar is a classic and a 50/50 split. This, well, it's not. Why's Rihanna even on it?

Well this pretty much is a 50/50 split. They each get a verse to themselves and the third verse is split. Besides, Beautiful Liar was a joint credit between Beyoncé & Shakira, this is Shakira feat. Rihanna which is different.
