February 15, 201411 yr Author Watched The Open Road last night, pretty good aside from Kate Mara who has all the stage presence of a potato.
February 16, 201411 yr Author She is a misery. She plays his love interest yet there is no chemistry at all :drama:
May 17, 201411 yr Has anyone else seen 'Inside Llewyn Davis'? It's released on Monday (I think). I bought the soundtrack the other day (I saw the film back in Feb I think), and it's such a beautiful album and yes, there are a couple of Justin collabs on there!

May 20, 201510 yr Author Trouble With The Curve is a 10/10 movie you whore. I liked Bad Teacher
May 25, 201510 yr I saw 'Edison' last night. It wasn't very good at all, really. JT was actually ok in it though. The movie itself was just weak and very "B-Movie". Not going to be in a rush to see that one again. Such a shame though! A STELLAR cast! Kevin Spacey; Morgan Freeman; Carey Elwes; Dylan McDermott all alongside the man himself, but it just fell flat. From those that I've seen: 06.0 'Runner Runner' 09.0 'Inside Llewyn Davis' 08.0 'Trouble With the Curve' 08.0 'In Time' 10.0 'Friends With Benefits' 02.5 'Bad Teacher' 09.0 'The Social Network' 01.0 'The Love Guru' 05.5 'Shrek the Third' 08.5 'Alpha Dog' 03.5 'Edison' I still have 'Black Snake Moan' & 'The Open Road' to see, as well as 'Yogi Bear'. Ugh.
June 11, 201510 yr I have seen a couple of Justin Timberlake's movies and find them rather hit and miss, here's my opinions on the ones I've seen = Edison Caught this on TV a couple of years ago and remember reading a lot of bad reviews for it, but I didn't let that affect my decision and honestly I totally agree, despite a decent cast of Morgan Freeman and Kevin Spacey, I found this rather dull, Justin was ok but he did seem to be going through the motions. 3/10 Alpha Dog I found this rather good, it's not amazing but still a pretty solid movie and the fact that it's based on real life events does make it more tragic and the acting was very decent Emile Hirsch, Ben Foster and Anton Yelchin all performed rather well and even Justin did okay, but maybe overshadowed by the other cast. 7/10 Black Snake Moan I just couldn't get into this, found this rather boring and confusing, but Samuel L Jackson was great as always and Christina Ricci gave a decent performance. Justin didn't have much of a part in this and to be honest anyone could have played his part, just didn't leave much of an impression on me. 5/10 Shrek The Third I really enjoyed the first two movies, but this one was just rather pointless and haven't bothered watching the 4th one yet, this is just a blatant money grabbing. But Justin's voice work was rather enjoyable and his character was very funny. But overall the movie just doesn't have the magic the first 2 have and just overall very lacking. 6/10 The Love Guru This was just awful and a definite contender for one of the worst comedies of all time, everything and everybody failed to crack a smile, just plain awful and can see why this wrecked Mike Myer's career. Just offensive and racist. 1/10 The Social Network I know a lot of people like this and it did win critical acclaim and won a lot of awards, but to me I just found it rather dull and plodding. I found the way it was filmed and the overall look and feel was just rather bland. But on a sidenote the acting was very decent and this definitely ranks as one of Justin's best performances to date and when he's under good direction, he can turn in a great performance. 7/10 (Justin's performance) Yogi Bear Used to love the cartoon when I was kid, but found this rather disappointing and didn't have any of the magic the original cartoon had, the story was weak and very bland. 4/10 Bad Teacher This is definitely the best film he's been in, I just loved this movie and found it really funny and especially Cameron Diaz's character was so spot on, she just didn't care, she knew what she wanted and schemed and manipulated anyone who stood in her way. Even the supporting cast were highlights Justin Timberlake was really good and did make me chuckle especially in their bedroom scene, his character was just so goofy. Lucy Punch was also very funny and loved her and Cameron's scenes together was just pure gold and Jason Segal was also another fun addition to the cast and his and Cameron's chemistry was just brilliant. 10/10 Friends With Benefits This was actually very okay and not as bland as the usual run of the mill romantic comedies, this put a different spin on it at first, but okay it did go rather predictable towards the end, but on the whole rather enjoyable, Justin and Mila were really good together and he can do well in a leading role, but Woody Harrelson stole the show for me. 7/10 In Time Again another movie I was looking forward to and despite an interesting storyline, it just fell apart, the plot just didn't make any sense and the plot was just filled with holes. Okay it does have some originality, but just lacks focus and cast development. 5/10 Runner Runner Again another okay effort and Justin does turn in a decent performance and despite a decent plot it just became rather predictable and ended with a disappointing outcome. 6/10
May 6, 20169 yr As we may be aware, he is voicing one of the main characters in Dreamworks upcoming film based on the famous 90's dolls with long hair, 'Trolls'! I'm excited for it. Mainly down to the voice cast, but I hope it can at least be decent. Dreamworks are incredibly hit & miss with me!
