Does anyone else think Carol's scenes tonight were preparing for a shock death? I think it would be good for the story, but not for breast cancer awareness.

Just caught up with the last couple of episodes, not surprised in the slightest Nick is still alive as everyone has said! I've thought it since around when they had the coffin in Dot's house and ""Nick"" fell out, if not before. It's good they kept it under wraps but it was obvious nonetheless.
