I don't care if it's crap.

Disc 1, Track 1's going to be interesting as ever, like this time last year when I wondered whether We Are Young or Call Me Maybe would get it (WAY did).

Similarly I can imagine Blurred Lines opening Now 85 and Get Lucky coming second. Icona Pop's a good pick for opening Disc 2. The tracklist just shows how so little's appealed to me this year, although I do appreciate it's the most varied year in some time.

See, I think that would be too obvious. Which is why I put Naughty Boy first, and then Daft Punk and Robin Thicke. :P

Please don't post predictions because they're always better than the official tracklist. :D

I do agree with GD though, surely CD 1 is going to open with 'Get Lucky', then 'Blurred Lines'. Probably 'La La La' would be third. The cover art instantly screams SUMMER and if they get the big hits on there, this might even become a massive selling Now album because there have been some great hits in the higher reaches of the chart recently. :D

I will sigh if 'Only Teardrops' is tracklisted as I'm already over Eurovision. Also if PJ & Duncan make the tracklist, it'll be one of those awkward songs that get tagged on at the end of CD 1.

Only Teardrops won't make it, it was a flash in the pan #15. Euphoria only made it because it was a genuinely big top three hit, the last Eurovision song to feature prior to that was Precious' Say It Again in 1999  I don't even know when the last non UK entry featured on a Now album before Euphoria, maybe it never even happened before!?! PJ and Duncan will probably be on there though, it will be easy to get the rights to and it was a #1, which they don't like to miss if they can help it.

Looking at :ba$il:'s predictions earlier - do first 4 or 5 tracks often constitute a weekly Top 4 or 5 singles from a week in the covered period?

I guess isn't not easy to check all 84 previous editions.

The first five songs on Now 68 were SHOCKINGLY close to the official Top 5 one week. I think that four songs out of the entire Top 5 were the first five songs on the album! :o

Four songs managed to be the first five on the album? :D

I think so! ^_^

I hope Mariah Carey is on NOW 85! There are so many songs I want on it. Icona Pop, Jennifer Lopez, Robin Thicke & Daft Punk are the main ones. I'm not expecting J.Lo to be on it though, "Dance Again" wasn't on NOW 82

Justin Timberlake "Mirrors"

Olly Murs "Army Of Two"

The 1975 "Chocolate"

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis feat. Wanz "Thrift Shop"

That's actually a really good tracklist!

When is the official tracklist being released?

No way will Bounce be as high as track 7 on disc 1. It's not going to do well, and I wouldn't be surprised if it missed the top 10 - all the hype for this track has gone. It just goes to show that OA/OS is the way forward. Other than that, that looks like a good tracklist

Friday most likely. They've released it on a Wednesday/Thursday before but the last few have been Friday's so I think this will be the same. :)
