Shame these aren't being released on CD but then they'd probably bankrupt me so perhaps it's best that they're not

If they just cancelled all the other spin-offs I'm sure they could release one decade each year  They managed to do it in '93 & '99

I presume when they buy a licence to the song, they're buying it for good to use on any and all future compilations? It's the only explanation I can think of for the glutton of money-making spin-offs we've had recently all with pretty much the same tracks - I mean how many MORE themes can Call Me Maybe fit under?

Call Me Maybe or Blurred Lines. Although I can't imagine of them being on NOW Drive or NOW Club Hits 2014... Now Million Sellers..... Blurred Lines will be on there for sure -_-

Both will definitely be on the Million Sellers one! They need to put the T.I. version on one of them!

Is Call Me Maybe a million seller? I'm hoping things like "I'll Be Missing You" or "Earth Song" will be on that one, especially since Michael made an appearance on NOW 88.

The NOW Company is stealing all my money!

Looks interesting but I would like them on CD too since Now spin offs are what I always listen to in the car. I don't see much point in downloading compilations. Will be interesting to see the track lists though.

Yes, it's sold almost 1.2 million copies!

So they're £6.99 each on iTunes for 40 tracks but they're not exactly all packed with each year's biggest hits from start to finish! Interested to see the 90s and 00s ones but i won't be buying any of the 80s ones!

It's deffo a budget compilation thing. I brought NOW 1985 though because there are some amazing songs on it. I may buy more of the 80's ones, but I'm gonna save my money for the 90s/00s editions first.

The NOW label has taken so much of money in this past year, it's unbelievable

Indeed. Hoping to see some much-loved but forgotten flops on the late 90s/early 00s ones then! Rooting for the underdogs! It actually potentially makes seeing the track listings more interesting than if they'd just featured the top 40 sellers of each year or something.

The Now 90s albums are all pretty strong, very hit packed although the late 90s ones are filled with multiple appearances. The 1998 compilation is wall to wall amazing but I already own every song on it somewhere so seems pointless downloading it. Lovely to see lots of songs that never made it onto a Now. For 1998 alone there's Hard Knock Life, My Heart Will Go On, Outside, Everybody Get up, Gone Till November, You Make Me Wanna, Deeper Underground, If You Tolerate This..., Truly Madly Deeply, When The Lights Go Out, Freak Me, Rollercoaster, C'est La Vie, Got The Feelin', Life, To The Moon & Back, Until The Time Is Through and To You I Belong!

Abusing that 5ive contract a little bit with four songs but hey ho, likewise B*Witched but i'm all for To You I Belong making an appearance

The 1998 one looks great but I'm the same. I have them all already and four Five songs? 1997 has the same issue with Spice Girls. I'm not parting with money for these, I'm afraid.

I was actually hoping for more obscure mid-table hits, to live up to the budget price tag but instead what we have on each album is about 8 massive hits and then lots of boyband/girlband songs that came and went quickly.

Not sure about the random Joe flop on the 1997 album though

It'll probably be full of songs no one needs to hear again. The Chilled album looks nice, but I can just follow the Spotify playlist. I don't need to buy it.

The Chilled album I'm up for. I wonder who the market is for these retro ones though? Young people probably won't have the tracks but then they probably won't be interested. Most people who stan for these eras (basically just me and Gooddelta) have all the tracks anyway. In the download age, all these songs were available anyway.

I much prefer the Millennium series.

I've bought the 1999 album, so so good  been looking forward to these coming out for the past week. I may get 1998 as well after I get paid, although I can see myself buying a few of the 2000s albums when they're out so probably just that.

I brought 1996-1999! But I kinda want them all. It's a shame that EMI's catalog got moved to Warner because Geri's hits aren't on NOW 1999. It also means Kylie won't be on the 00's NOWs either. But her "Indie" songs are on '95 and '94 :D

Been giving them a play today. I didn't know Shaggy had so many songs in the 90s  I wonder if we'll see "Angel" on the 2001 one :w00t:

I am in love with the ones I downloaded anywho, there are some real pop gems on them. '96 has "I Am, I Feel" by Alisha's Attic which is such a good song  Also nice to see the proper version of the Macarena on a NOW :cheer:

'97 is also very good, even if it does have "2 Become 1" on it (which is a '96 number one). No "Don't Marry Her" by Beautiful South, but oh well. I just love the big slice of cheese with Barbie Girl, MMMBop, Spice Up Your Life & 5, 6, 7, 8 all put together!

'98 is flawless! They picked the best Spice Girl songs for that year and we get a nice helping of B*Witched  THEY INCLUDED "To You I Belong" :w00t: :w00t: What a beautiful song! The '98 one is just too good! My favourite one out of the ones I downloaded.

'99 is an instant win for me because of the double appearance from Jennifer Lopez  It also has the "flop" from B*Witched, "Jessie Hold On" which excited me to no end (I'm so sad). It's nice to see Whitney on these as well, shame Mariah isn't on it. 3 Steps songs as well?! AMAZING!

I want ALL THESE NOWS! But the entire 90's collection would've cost nearly £70

I hope Billie Piper, Melanie C, Spice Girls and maybe even Truesteppers (feat. Dane Bowers & Victoria Beckham) are on NOW 2000! I also hope all three "Oops!..." singles from Britney made it (along with Born to Make You Happy). Could also see some more Christina Aguilera on the 2000 one.

Just wished NOW Music made these CDs instead. They could release batches every few months like the "Pure..." series do.
