February 11, 201411 yr Author I am completely in agreement with the "two album" rule. I don't think the idea of having them chart in a list like this with one album only is fair, because it's not very representative of how you feel about them at all. The second album, like CW said is usually seen to be a disappointment and therefore, by the time the next vote comes along, they may suffer from it. (An example for me (even though she's not a "group") would be Jessie J. Absolutely adore her first album, but her second album majorly disappointed me, so she'd definitely be lower on my list for female/artists etc...). So I'm definitely supporting this rule. My list shall be here soon! Also, do they have to be in order? :( It would help as i'm guessing there will be a few bands on the list with just the one vote.

February 11, 201411 yr Quite easily. Quality not quantity. Easily? Easily? Then a band with one song could be the ultimate band then. It's the quantity of the quality that matters.
