So happy about this, in the below interview Jesy confirms they will be recording the video for their next single from the Salute album in April.

I'm just relieved they're not ending the campaign yet and that Word Up isn't ending the campaign early. Also in that interview they confirm the rumours about supporting One Direction isn't true also.

Salute or Towers please. Though I reckon they go for Salute
Yesss tis is gunna be great, so happy that they are releasing another single this era considering that they are starting to write the new album in April :cheer:
Really hope it's Salute that song needs a video ! But I would be happy with either Compettion ,About The Boy ,Boy , or Nothing Feels Like You as well.
the main reason I want salte is the video. I don't think about the boy, boy or nothing fells like you oare single material though... maybe competition
Salute would be the best option but these four walls may get the release too. I am glad they are continuing with the album, word up shouldnt damage sales at all so a single from the album to follow it can only help generate more interest in the album. I think the album will make platinum but ideally it would outsell their debut as its looks better for the record contract and also shows career progress.
I don't think these four walls will, I don't think they will have time to release another one after salute and I think the reason why they sang tfw for a bit on shows last year was because it was their only chance to perform it... -_-

I was under the impression it was because tracks like 'These Four Walls' are tracks that sell albums, more than tracks like 'Move'. But yeah, I don't think TFW would work as well as it should as a single. Especially with huge hits like 'Say Something' hogging the top end of the charts. I think 'Salute' should definitely be next and I'm pleased that no matter what the single is, they're not abandoning the era after the charity single

EDIT: That interview though! Perrie's Victoria Secrets shopping trip LMAO.

I reckon it's "Salute"... when they open for Demi it's the only non-Little Mix other "Salute" (album) album track they perform. Why their doing "Word Up!" astounds me.
I totally get what you mean. I just hate acts who record charity singles and delay album campaigns.

also the salute dance routine and act looks really polished and rehearsed, I think its a given that they would chose it

they've also said in some interviews that it is their favourite song, and acts like them usually release the title track from the album

I don't mind "Word Up!" but it's strange to perform it to a US audience when their not involved in Sports Relief.

But money still goes to Sport Relief so, why not? One Directions single did well for Comic Relief, so they may as well milk it for what they can considering it's for charity.

I think About The Boy is defintley single material I think .

Not sure how true but Celebritain tweeted this not all that long ago:

Little Mix, One Direction and the cast of the X Factor musical I Can't Sing are all set to perform on the 2014 Britain's Got Talent finals.

I presume the final would collide with the release of this single rather than Word Up? Could be very wrong though. Would be nice if they got a good strong tv slot like that.

It says "finals" meaning the semi's too. But it's not a shock tbh. I fully expected them to be on there this year and I think I can definitely see a 'Salute' release now!

I tgink the only stnd out part of th song is perries note, other than that its pretty regular..

Am I the only one who really doesn't want 'Salute' to be a single? I find it very overrated. I'd go as far as to say that there's several other tracks on the album that I'd rather see become a single over that song. I don't mind 'Salute' as album tracks go, but I don't get the huge love and hype for it to be a single. Oops.
