Nice for Sanna! Interesting to see that Christer has chosen Ace as 'the one'. Say what you want about him, he has his pulse on trends and it's the song in the final with the most potential to be a huge crossover hit. I bet he hadn't even considered her as a contender until she went DTF. Ellen in the death slot, he doesn't want a repeat of 2010...

It's also worth noting that Busy Doin' Nothin' is #1 on Sweden's Spotify (Undo at #12 being the only other MF song in the top 20, Anton #21, Panetoz #22), Spotify being the main thing in Sweden.

She's #3 and #6 on iTunes aswell. I'm starting to get quite excited at the thought of Ace possibly winning this.

If you'd have asked me back in November who I thought would win I never in a million years would've thought Ace Wilder would be in contention!

She definitely could do it, the song more than any other is what Sweden probably SHOULD be sending in 2014. It takes all of the best bits of their current biggest musical exports and presents them in a really interesting package that could well see them with another Eurovision smash on their hands. She'll get a large chunk of the public vote, and I could definitely see the international juries backing her too. I could see it charting in the UK too (I mean if Robin Stjernberg can, having finished 14th!).

I would feel terribly sorry for Sanna as this is almost certainly her last chance, before she becomes completely irrelevant, but that's the way it is sometimes.

I don't think Ace will actually WIN, but she should do very nicely. The International juries will be all over it.

Despite the huge promotion for last night's MF victors, Sanna remains locked at No.1 overall on iTunes, with two versions at No.2 and No.3 giving her a comfortable combined lead *.*

You have to assume that she'll top the public vote again, as she'll get support from older viewers as well as teens, which Ace most likely won't. It will be interesting to see how international juries will respond to everything.

Dont shoot me but i actually like the Alcazar tune :teresa: it is deffo a guilty pleasure of mine right now!

But to be it just seems like a cheaper version of 'Stay The Night'

Pretty much everyone except me loves Alcazar, you're not alone by any stretch!!
i really do hope sanna somehow falls at the last hurdle. there is a reason for the phrase "always the bridesmaid, never the bride". the poor girl has pretty much zero charisma and sounds pretty robotic and bereft of emotion when singing. it's all too mechanical and by numbers.
Literally no idea how this'll pan out now... I'm beginning to think Ace Wilder will win, as I certainly don't think it's a shoe-in for Sanna. I can't see Alcazar winning, as much as I love it, but Helena and Anton can't be ruled out. Even Ellen could be a surprise package! I'll be at the final on Saturday night, and will definitely be supporting Helena, but I'll be happy with Ace, Sanna or Alcazar if not.
I, too, am feeling this is probably Ace's now. I don't want her to win, but it would do better than Sanna in the main contest so yeah.

Here's a song by Carina Perenkranz & Pernilla Parszyk aka Judit & Judit in Sweden which was initially picked for the final 32 but disqualified at the last minute because of an advertising campaign they do which is against SVT's rules.

Not even ashamed to say I love it!

I am so offended by this post that I may have to report you.

Eh? She's a bit beige (well duh, it's kind her thing) but zero charisma is way off the mark. Undo's the most calculated of her entries by far but she's definitely not an emotionless singer.

I'd be very happy with Ace winning (although I would feel a bit bad for Sanna) now I've finally admitted to myself that Alcazar aren't going to make it. Really anything except Linus, Ellen or Panetoz would be OK though.

And SANNA OVER ACE ANY DAY but I'm beginning to think even the international juries may come on board with Ace, and at that point it's game over for Sanna if Ace can squeak ahead of her on the televote.
Sanna and Ace are my two favourites obviously, so I'd be ecstatic with either. Leaning more towards Sanna given this is the poor woman's 7th time but Busy Doin' Nothin' is just a fantastic pop song and would potentially be a Euro smash.
I can't decide between Sanna or Ace. Either would be a great entry for very different reasons and both are almost equal in quality for me. If it's either of them I'll be very happy (as I will with anyone except for the two twinks, linus can go nowhere too)
