Will 'Magic' be charting for Coldplay then, or will it be 'Midnight'? Or have they both been given a separate release?

Avicii's definitely.

Partition could take a long time to get top 40 imo (if it ever gets there).

Coldplay are not showing up on the iTunes chart for me...

Why wouldn't Partition make the top 40 when it's top 60 without much airplay, if any?

It's only getting boosted from its music video, if it doesn't get any radio airplay soon it will probably start dropping I think. Beyonce has loads of songs with music videos which never made top 40.

In the US Drunk in Love recently got released as the 2nd mainstream single, so if that happens in the UK as well, it could be another month or two before we get Partition on the radio.

Is the new Coldplay album a full length LP? It only has 9 songs on it and they're charging £8.99 for it <_<

So? It's a full album, their first and the best album of this milleneium is 9 songs only. It will be longer than the last Bruno album and a lot of others these days. It will be around 40 minutes. It's more than fine.

I'd rather an album of 9 great songs rather than 14 average songs.

Coldplay is showing at #15 for me.

Spice albums only had 9 songs on them and I prefer shorter, well-made albums than albums full of tracks stuck on just to make an album in order to sell it, with nothing to say, etc.

40-45 min albums to me are usually well designed.

40-45 minutes is too short these days. I suppose most of them at that length are just designed to have a deluxe edition come along in 6 months time.

It will be having a deluxe version. In the US Target is selling one, but I don't know how they are going to sell it worldwide.

I don't know. Coldplay have never re-issued any of their albums after releasing them. Prospects March was released as an EP, and they also included it on VLVADTAHF after it was released, so wasn't really a re-issue as fans who had bought the album had the option of buying the EP for about £5.
