March 14, 201411 yr Honestly, far too predictable a winner. It's lovely but in my world it's nowhere near Rihanna's best. Maybe her 10th best or so. I'm not completely denying it (who COULD really?) but I would have far preferred an Umbrella/Disturbia/Only Girl win out of the top 5. PRETTY flawless top end, that aside. Take Care possibly a teensy bit high also. Again, lovely song but not in the top 10 of songs she's ever done and far from being her best feature. Thanks for doing this Tim and Jack! :D

March 14, 201411 yr We Found Love is definitely not her best (that'd be either Only Girl, Disturbia, SOS, Man Down or Unfaithful - the latter three were far too low here!!!) but it's great anyway and not a horrific winner or anything!
March 14, 201411 yr I didn't appreciate it at the time, but I have grown to appreciate what a masterpiece 'We Found Love' is over the past year so I have no problem with it winning. :D
March 15, 201411 yr What's My Name reached #1 in the US and wrote history as she was she first artist who's 2nd single went to #1 before the 1st. Rihanna also became the 4th artists to have 3 songs in the UK top 10 with What's My Name at 8, Only Girl (In The World) at 7 and Who's That Chick at #10. What's My Name later peaked at #2 for 3 weeks.This actually peaked at number 1 over here, Tim! :o Amazing countdown and wonderfully presented by both! Such a brilliant, BRILLIANT singles discography. She has more than a handful of songs which would make worthy "Best Rihanna Single" winners, really so we could all argue about it. But I do believe WFL to be the pinnacle of her career so far, so timeless and strangely, doesn't sound GENERIC! Very happy with that winning. Also pleased to see 'Umbrella' come second :heart: Thank you Tim and Jack for the hardwork and effort put into this!
March 15, 201411 yr Imo 'We found Love' and 'What's My Name?' are so overrated. The latter is very nothingy and just there and 'We Found Love' has that uneventful Harris production that already sounded outdated before it was released (but apparently no one else feels that way :lol: )
