Reverend & The Makers' last album had a chart run of 16-94-x - the new one managed a higher peak in its first week, but has dropped out of the top 100 entirely in its second! (The album before that had a similar chart run of 19-54-x, but that looks good compared to the last two).

Additional useless fact: the number of unique top 100 albums in the decade to date has just hit 2,500 (2,501, but as that includes 2 versions of David Bowie's 'Best Of Bowie' due to an OCC error it technically is exactly 2,500 unique albums). :magic:

Artflop out? Tragic. She must have lost her record label millions. And don't try and justify it saying she will make money on tour - most artists do. The album campaign had a massive budget and her sales have been abysmal. POOR COW.

 

On a lighter note, so PROUD to see the queen of pop sophie Ellis bextor still reigning strong. Artpop only wishes it could mirror the success of wanderlust. An album with hardly ANY budget which has made a massive profit for sophie.
