March 21, 201411 yr You are going to wish you didn't ask #23  hopefully Kylie will be above her by the end of the weekend with "Into The Blue" :P Oh boy Well, Miss Pixie better have some SERIOUS BIG SINGLE lined up for her to be released in May album otherwise we are looking at a new 'Young Foolish Happy' release right here The GP really dropped the ball on her. I hope she realises now that her demographic must be the ones that only like mid-tempo/ ballad Pixie and not the 'trying hard to be sexy vixen we are getting from 'What Do You Take Me For' and 'Nasty' (which I love but the public clearly didn't) :w00t: Thanks for the info

March 21, 201411 yr Whitney Houston...Duke Dumont for no.1 then. much prefer the origin This is the third straight DJ Dance record at no.1 on the trot, this must be some kind of record? DJ Cassisdy will no doubt be no.1 when its released aswell Edited March 21, 201411 yr by fiesta
March 21, 201411 yr This is the third straight DJ Dance record at no.1 on the trot, this must be some kind of record?Last year we had Duke Dumont, Rudimental, Daft Punk and Naughty Boy get #1s one after another - assuming that by 'DJ Dance' you mean #1s where the lead artists are producers.
March 21, 201411 yr Funny to see acts like Nicholas and Kian actually climb throughout the week in the album chart. 'Adult'/MOR acts tend to hold up better during their opening weeks than more distinctive artists and often do actually climb over the week so I'm not surprised at these. I think they will both hold onto their current positions on Sunday.
March 21, 201411 yr Top 5 sales are in, Little Mix could push for #3 :P http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v336/ManicKangaroo/Giraffe.gif

I think they will both hold onto their current positions on Sunday. True but you have to take into account who they've 'climbed' above - new entries which are both likely to be heavily front-loaded. In reality Kian and Nicholas may just be decreasing at a less severe rate rather than posting stable sales every day due to their MOR appeal. I don't think they'd be climbing if they were bunched in with any other category of album and I see both being more defined by their fanbase properties over their MOR-ness in terms of charting. But who knows, maybe one or both will prove to have a bit more consistency than I'm expecting.
