April 3, 201411 yr Author FIRST SET: 46. 'OOH LA LA' // Avg. 3.694 Album: 'Smurfs 2 OST' NVcSNnqRD0c Up first and with a silly average of just 3.694, we have the song that soundtracked the hit kids movie, 'Smurfs 2'. I like this in a "it's ridiculously cheesy and clearly done for her kids" sort of way. Not surprised it finished last. (This was included automatically as I forgot it in the first rounds!) --- 45. 'WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE ME' // Avg. 5.781 Album: 'Britney' oMQ-WaN2UXU Technically the first song out, we have the Justin Timberlake penned song from her 3rd studio album. This came 4th in the 'Britney' album rate (it tied with 'I'm Not A Girl...' but got more 10's) with an average score of 8.5. --- 44. 'BRIGHTEST MORNING STAR' // Avg. 6.375 Album: 'Britney Jean' pXpBMytzNP0 At #44 is the beautiful 'Brightest Morning Star' which is a song from her most recent album, 'Britney Jean'. It got through to the final 45 by finishing 4th in it's album rate with a respectable average of 8.65! It's a very cute and lovely song. --- 43. 'TRIP TO YOUR HEART' // Avg. 6.382 Album: 'Femme Fatale' fN1JWyz_cQk 'Trip To Your Heart' is next in this rate! I always thought this was an underrated gem from the 'Femme Fatale' album, but it seemed to always do well in these rate things that I host in here. I am gutted it couldn't finish higher, but I'm pleased and happy it managed to finish top 5 from that album with a score of 7.95. --- 42. 'SHATTERED GLASS' // Avg. 6.416 Album: 'Circus' nuj0hpaynZ0 Time for a song from her 2008 comeback album, 'Circus'. If ever a song needed or leant itself to an "Extended Mix", it's 'Shattered Glass'. Too short for my liking. This got through to the final by finishing 5th in the 'Circus' album rate with an average score of 8.40. --- 41. 'BODY ACHE' // Avg. 6.421 Album: 'Britney Jean' Fgn991rMe1w Missing out on the top 40 at the number 41 position, is another song taken from Britney's latest album, 'Britney Jean'. 'Body Ache' is one of the dancier tracks from the album and although simple and generic, it's good. It scored an average of 8.75 and finished 2nd, in the 'Britney Jean' album rate to get through to this final round.
April 3, 201411 yr 'Ooh La La' is disgusting. Shocked at 'Body Ache' coming so low, thought it was becoming a fan fave. But then everything here is a fan fave so it's going to be a bloodbath, i suppose. 'Break The Ice' ftw.
April 4, 201411 yr I love "Ooh La La". It doesn't tempt itself anything other than being a cheesy pop ditty. Shocked that "Trip To Your Heart" and "Shattered Glass" are so low. If this was BH I swear they'd be top 5!
April 4, 201411 yr WHAT! at BMS coming 3rd to last. It's such a lovely track and deserved to be higher. Edited April 4, 201411 yr by Robert.
April 5, 201411 yr Author 40. 'DO SOMETHIN'' // Avg. 6.447 Album: 'My Prerogative: Greatest Hits' 0V38hAK0C_g LOVERS: Luciano; Michael!; d__; Tyler; Jonjo HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Jake; piano*; Robert. At number 40 we have the incredibly underrated and under appreciated, 'Do Somethin''. It was the second single to be taken from her most successful 'Greatest Hits' collection. It got through to the final round with an average of 8.36 and finished 4th in it's respective pool! --- 39. 'ALIEN' // Avg. 6.500 Album: 'Britney Jean' YTITmXu3yMs LOVERS: Luciano; NickF1; d__; Jonjo; piano*; Robert. HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Leww; Michael!; Leonardo Right now we have another track taken from her most recent album and definitely the "fan favourite" so to see it finishing so low is quite baffling tbh. William Orbit did his magic for R Brit with this hypnotic and breezy track! At least it managed to beat out both 'Brightest Morning Star' & 'Body Ache' (which finished higher than 'Alien' in the BJ rate) this track made the final 45 by finishing 5th in it's pool with an average of 8.59. --- 38. 'I WILL BE THERE' // Avg. 6.633 Album: 'Baby One More Time' oShxr8UII_I LOVERS: Luciano; NickF1; Jonjo; Robert.; Euphorique HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; d__; piano* Finishing up in 38th place is the first track to fall out from Britney's multi, multi-platinum debut album, 'Baby One More Time'. 'I Will Be There' is as pop as you can get. One of the highlights for SURE for me! It finished with an average score of 8.35 which got it 5th in the BOMT album rate. --- 37. 'HOT AS ICE' // Avg. 6.657 Album: 'Blackout' ePVHkXD_XGE LOVERS: Luciano; NickF1; d__; Tyler; Jonjo; piano* HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Jake; Robert; Mike Sugafan Next up is a song that became an INSTANT highlight from this phenomenal and groundbreaking album. 'Hot As Ice' is one of the catchiest and most quotable songs from her album. Once you've listened to it, there's no getting it out of your head for a while. It finished 4th with an average of 8.95 in 'Blackout''s pool, which got it to qualify for the top 45! --- 36. 'CAN'T MAKE YOU LOVE ME' // Avg. 6.700 Album: 'Oops!... I Did It Again' k0zy7FhcmKY LOVERS: Luciano; Leonardo; NickF1; Tyler; Jonjo HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Mike Sugafan At number 36 is the catchy pop song 'Can't Make You Love Me'. This was a track from her 2nd album, 'Oops!...' and it surprised me as I didn't think it was as loved as it seemed to be in the 'Oops' rate! Great song though. It finished 3rd in it's pool with a 9.35 (!!) average.
April 5, 201411 yr "Alien" is vastly overrated. I'm not a massive fan. It reminds me of 'Criminal' a bit.

April 9, 201411 yr Author 35. 'OUT FROM UNDER' // Avg. 6.718 Album: 'Circus' x3m0GVimn8k LOVERS: Luciano; Tyler; Jonjo; Euphorique; Mike Sugafan HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Michael!; d__ Number 35 we see her first ballad since 'In The Zone'-era, 'Out From Under'. It really should have been the follow up to 'Circus' (single), imo. Would have got the UK back on track properly with R Brit I think. Her ballads are always so strong though. It finished 4th in the 'Circus' rate with an average of 8.54. --- 34. 'TIL' THE WORLD ENDS' (feat. Ke$ha & Nicki Minaj) // Avg. 6.789 Album: N/A vAyLPNLxB9U LOVERS: Luciano; d__; Jack; Tyler; Jonjo HATERS: JakeWild; piano*; Rob! And next up is the official remix of her smash hit, 'Til' The World Ends'. This remix featured both mega stars Ke$ha (who originally did the demo for BritBrit) and current Hip Hop Queen, Nicki Minaj. One of the most iconic raps in recent "I'm not talking poultry when I say this chicken's friiiiiieeddd". It managed to get through to the final 46 by finishing 3rd in it's pool and with an average rating of 8.86 --- 33. 'HE ABOUT TO LOSE ME' // Avg. 6.968 Album: 'Femme Fatale' LvkGslIP3vo LOVERS: Luciano; NickF1; d__; HausofQ HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Mike Sugafan At number 33 we have the 4th placed 'Femme Fatale' song, it scored an average of 8.36 to get through to the final round. 'He About To Lose Me' was an instant favourite from everyone. It even garnered high praise from Kylie Minogue who tweeted to Britney saying that she "couldn't get the song out of her head", which then sparked "duet rumours". --- 32. 'WORK BITCH' // Avg. 6.973 Album: 'Britney Jean' pt8VYOfr8To LOVERS: Luciano; R0B; NickF1; Tyler; Jonjo HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Michael!; Jake I've checked and checked. This is NOT a lie. Tyler, move AWAY from the ban button. Yes 'Work Bitch' (which finished 3rd in the BJ rate with an average of 8.72) is out already. A song I would have guessed would have been top 20 (and deserved to be, imo). Such a shame. But after all, this is the best of the very best! The video is so endearing. I HAVE to watch it all the time. --- 31. 'CINDERELLA' // Avg. 7.000 (ONE 10) Album: 'Britney' oY40sgFNbY4 LOVERS: Leonardo; Jake; Tyler; Jonjo; piano*; Euphorique HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Michael!; HausofQ; LukE; Mike Sugafan At number 31 is 'Cinderella' a track that can be found on her 3rd studio album, 'Britney'. I think this was the song that caught my attention the most on first listen of the album. It sounded like an obvious hit to me and I was baffled as to why it was never released. This finished 3rd in the 'Britney' rate with a score of 8.55.
April 10, 201411 yr Author 30. 'CRIMINAL' // Avg. 7.000 (TWO 10's) Album: 'Femme Fatale' s6b33PTbGxk LOVERS: Leonardo; NickF1; d__; Mike Sugafan HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Leww; Rob! Into the top 30 now and we have the fourth and final single from her 7th studio album, 'Femme Fatale'. 'Criminal' went on to be a middling hit around the world (bar the UK, as per). It's OK, but I feel there are far stronger tracks on the album that deserved the single treatment. The video's good though! This came third in the FF rate with an average score of 8.36! Only two tracks remain from 'Femme Fatale'. --- 29. 'TOY SOLDIER' // Avg. 7.027 Album: 'Blackout' ZMs2bExhyr8 LOVERS: R0B; NickF1; Jonjo; piano* HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Rob!; Mike Sugafan Up next and we have the 2nd entry from her critically acclaimed album 'Blackout'. 'Toy Soldier' is an instant smash and one of the very first songs from the album I remember hearing and LOVING (along with 'Piece Of Me' & 'Hot As Ice' - everything else, although majority of it instant, had growing space). It has outdone 'Hot As Ice' (which finished 4th), from the album where it finished 5th in the 'Blackout' rate with a score of 8.90. --- 28. 'WHERE ARE YOU NOW' // Avg. 7.066 Album: 'Oops!... I Did It Again' 5xA35kubWZ8 LOVERS: NickF1; Tyler; Jonjo; Rob! HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Jack; piano*; Mike Sugafan And finishing at number 28, is the stunning power ballad 'Where Are You Now'. This was the first time I thought "WOW. She can BELT out a ballad." This really should have been the ballad single from this album! 'Don't Let Me Be the Last to Know' is underrated, but this is just in another league. Up with 'Everytime' and 'Shadow' as my favourite ballad <3 This finished 5th in it's rate to qualify with an average score of 8.9! --- 27. 'I'M NOT A GIRL, NOT YET A WOMAN' // Avg. 7.078 Album: 'Britney' IlV7RhT6zHs LOVERS: Luciano; Michael!; piano*; Rob!; LukE HATERS: Leww; Leonardo; Jake; Mike Sugafan INAG,NYAW is a coming of age song (obviously) and it's one of Britney's biggest ballads. Full of cheesy lyrics and a big "off the stool" moment, this is another song that showcases just how well Britney can do a power ballad. It was used as the soundtrack to her floptastic movie 'Crossroads' (which I STILL haven't seen... #flopfan). It finished joint 4th with 'What It's Like To Be Me' on an average of 8.5, but manages to beat out 3rd placer 'Cinderella' in the final round! --- 26. 'TIL IT'S GONE' // Avg. 7.117 Album: 'Britney Jean' v9LrdyQBjbo LOVERS: Luciano; NickF1; R0B HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; piano*; Mike Sugafan Rounding off the section, we have another track from her most recent album 'Britney Jean' and that means it is the last of the 5 from that album, to fall. Such a shame. All of them deserved better ('Now That I Found You' deserved a place in the final but that's a completely different story!) >:( . It is the highest of the 'Britney Jean' tracks here and from her album rate, where it stormed to victory on a 9.1 average!
April 11, 201411 yr Author 25. 'SCREAM & SHOUT' (With Will.I.Am.) // Avg. 7.131 Album: 'willpower' kYtGl1dX5qI LOVERS: Luciano; Leww; R0B; Michael!; d__ HATERS: JakeWild; piano*; Rob!; Euphorique At number 25 is Britney's last WW #1 single, 'Scream & Shout'. It gets far too much hate, imo. Such a banger and the BRITISH ACCENT. OMG. Flawless. Then we also have the "Britney Bitch" call out too. I love how that's her signature thing now <3 'Scream & Shout' made it through it's pool by finishing on an average of 8.22 in 5th position! (It manages to place higher than 'Do Somethin'' & 'Till the World Ends (Remix)') --- 24. 'TOUCH OF MY HAND' // Avg. 7.264 Album: 'In The Zone' usmmFsZoh4A LOVERS: Michael!; NickF1; d__; Tyler; Jonjo; Mike Sugafan HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Jake; Jack; Rob!; Euphorique And next we have the wonderfully breezy, smooth and entrancing 'Touch Of My Hand'. It's a track that translates so, so well live and it's one that she performed during her sell out 'Circus' tour! Such a beautiful song. This song finished 5th in the 'In The Zone' album rate with an average of 9.00! It also becomes the first ITZ track to feature in the final! --- 23. 'SOMETIMES' // Avg. 7.472 Album: 'Baby One More Time' t0bPrt69rag LOVERS: Luciano; Leonardo; Tyler; Jonjo; Euphorique HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Michael!; d__ Number 23 and it's the next track from her most successful album 'Baby One More Time'. 'Sometimes' served as the third single from the album and became a global smash hit! It peaked at number 3 here in the UK! The video is probably more known for the female scratch @1:17 now, but it is an overall iconic video! The song itself is very cheesy, but so cute. 'Sometimes' averaged a score of 8.83 and finished 4th in BOMT rate, to get through to this round. A very respectable and deserved showing, imo. --- 22. 'SHADOW' // Avg. 7.705 Album: 'In The Zone' DFoMdAixqKM LOVERS: Michael!; NickF1; Jonjo; Mike Sugafan HATERS: JakeWild; 152Chris; Leonardo Another round, another ballad. This time it's her biggest ballad 'Shadow' which is from 'In The Zone'. Not only is 'Shadow' a POWER ballad, but it's easily the best and most natural R BritBrit has ever sounded, imo. Such a beautiful, deep, rich and powerful voice. The song connects with me on a personal level which makes it my 2nd favourite Britney song, ever. Anyway, it finished 4th in it's album rate with an average score of 9.4! --- 21. 'UNUSUAL YOU' // Avg. 7.750 Album: 'Circus' ySArczxQuEI LOVERS: Luciano; R0B; d__; Jack; piano*; Euphorique HATERS: 152Chris; Michael!; Rob! Finishing off this section and falling at the final hurdle before the top 20 is a track from 'Circus', 'Unusual You'. UY is a ballad not like anything Britney has ever done before. It deserved to be a single at some point, but instead Jive insisted on going for the old 'Radar'. Bleh at them. This song finished 3rd in it's respective rate with a score of 9.09
