It's a shame they didn't prove any sales updates, but I guess there might be some later on. I predict they should be on 15.6k today, but hopefully they might've outdone my prediction.

Well one good thing about this I guess is that it won't be their worst charting single :D not bad for a girl group to only have one song in their career as of yet to miss the top 20. The sats girls are slaying left right and centre :cheer:
It's truly an injustice that this song didn't make the top ten. It's better so many of their songs that have made it. So sad that the radios never got on board. I hope that changes for Greatest Hits.

yes it is sad that "radio never got on board"

but if they had got off their backsides and went around all the regional radion stations it really would have helped airplay. It might be hard enough to book an appearance slot on Radio 1, but if they'd went around the country to the regional radio stations like they did with Missing You it would've got more radio play

I hate to be negative but I really do blame management & the girls for the poor chart position not Radio 1 / Capital as most people are blaming

You can't blame them every time. They shouldn't be in this position where they have to do loads and loads of promotion for every single release.
they shouldnt be in that position .... but they are!
It doesn't matter how large scale your TV promotion is if you don't have radio airplay. Case in point The Wanted's Lose My Mind.

My top-2 Sats singles are 'Up' and 'All Fired Up' - but 'Not Giving Up' could trouble the top-5 too! Such a SHAME it's getting abandoned big time.

Edit: I could put 'Not Giving Up' to #3 just for the sake of:

1. Up

2. All Fired Up

3. Not Giving Up

:P

#26 placing in Ireland - higher than I thought!
Not Giving Up's youtube views have jumped up a lot this week. It's on 2,019,219 now, crossed the 2 million mark in the past 24 hours because when I looked yesterday it was still on 1,993,100

I'm pleased with this as well. It managed to outpeak Gentleman and My Heart Takes Over.

The clip in this weeks flip makes the performance on This Morning sound kinda live

Fantastic that they managed #26 in ireland. Next week they aren't gonna be top 50 though. The song has been jumping between #50 and 65 for the last few days :(
Do we have any indication as to where it's charted yet?

Even if we did, we are not able to state so as it gives spoilers to the official chart

I'm predicting #19 now - not the worst outcome for a song like 'Not Giving Up' it deserved so much better.
