Pretty good advice in general.

the words "boo hoo" spring to mind.

i was thinking of starting a thread 'how to win on your first go for years' but i deemed it a little uncouth.

This is an advice thread. There is no desire for sympathy here.

It still makes me laugh that Kluminican Republic has more top threes than Altyr somehow

Here's an advice I've already give to you. SEND SOMETHING GOOD

Thank you Simon. It's been taken on board.

Me too :magic: By all rights I should have won this thing twice but I've happened to pick contests with the biggest hit of the year in them both times. (May be jumping the gun a bit declaring Indila the biggest hit of the year already but it was bigger than Belanger and I'm not sure its 12s record is going to be beaten any time soon).

(yes, boo hoo for me as well)
